I chose this hotel for the spacious and modern rooms, bathtub and large outdoor balcony with a view. Rooms are well-equipped with space to hang clothes, spread out luggage, work at a desk, plus a couch and good size fridge. The location is central with a nice selection of shops and restaurants nearby, and a reasonable drive to beaches along the coast.
The manager was extremely responsive—I really appreciated the prompt, friendly service in resolving various maintenance issues quickly. That really sets it apart!
There were a few issues during my stay—like noise from the next room, hot water was a little weak at times, and the consistency of cleaning service could be improved. The beds weren’t particularly comfortable but I’m not too picky about this aspect.

Extrem großes, modernes Zimmer mit einem schönen Blick bis zum Meer, wenn man eines der oberen Zimmer mit Meerblick hat. Aber selbst unten die Zimmer hat noch ein wenig Meerblick. Liebes Personal, super sauber, schön eingerichtet und mehr als zu empfehlen! Haben dort 3 Wochen verbracht, auch dort gearbeitet, da wir remote arbeiten und haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt.

Friendly staff where nothing seems like too much trouble… Large, clean, beautifully appointed rooms with ocean views as per photographs. Large and clean pool. Close to a restaurant strip.

The hotel was practically brand-new, the beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable (the best I have had in Thailand), the big smart Hisense screen TV was great to watch YouTube and the staff are lovely. It doesn’t have the same character as the beach style bungalows but if you want all the mod cons place has it. Extremely spacious too

Large room with sea view from afar. Large bathroom with separate bathtub and shower area. Quiet surroundings, close to 7-11 and restaurants. 5 mins walk to the rock beach, 10 mins to Long beach. Microwave oven and kitchens in common area by the pool. I was informed of early check in.
Rock hard bed. The bathroom windows let in light from the corridoor into the room. Curtains are not blackout. Walls are thin so I could hear a neighbor snoring and neighborabove dragging furniture till 3am. Aircon makes strange sound of a trolley rolling every 15 mins and there is a water dripping sound periodically. Housekeeping knocked 30 mins before check out time to ask me whether I was checking out. Dirt road made my shoes dirty each time I went out.

Location is really good, alot of green around, and a little bit in distance from main roads so it is very quiet.
Owner - Liber - is perfect guy! Very friendly and helpful, we asked alot of different things and he was always ready to help us! He's the best host i've met in my life, for real.
Rooms are big, TV is quiete big too, balcony, comfortable bed.
Cleaning team was not so good, i always had to ask them to remove waste, to clean better etc.

Really spacious rooms, working tables in every room so very good for those working remotely.
Very close to some of the nice beaches, and restaurants ("Thai Time" restaurant must try! ) 7/11 shop is also very close.
You can rent scooters on the property which makes things easier.
There are quite a few mosquitoes during the night because some windows are not sealed.

Big apartement and big pool. The apartement has a fairly western style, it could have been in Europe, apart from Thai electrics. Fairly clean.
The kitchen could have been better equipped, and the stuff there cleaner. I had to wash the things we wanted to use before we could use it, and I had to ask for dishwashingliquid from reception.

The pool was amazing, big, clean, warm! Very nice and friendly reception. Not far from beach, near nice restaurants, especially our neighbour Joe's Texas Barbeque. Galaxy was a very good restaurant too.

Very comfortable, clean, modern new accommodation.
large modern clean rooms - large bathroom with space for toiletries - unusual. Well placed air con unit.

Although we never used it, there is an open plan kitchenette area to use with tables by the pool & reception area.
Faultless and with potential-a large flat roof area with lovely views is not used, I am sure plans are in place.
Would recommend to all.

Red dust/ dirt/ sand from the street inevitably follows you home, a foot shower by the entrance would avoid this being brought into the hall ways and rooms.

Best value I had on the island. Apparently, there's a wifi router in each room. Perfect for work, video calls etc. Loved staying there

The location and the room size is awesome. The WiFi was great too (which is really rare around here unfortunately). Owner/manager was also a great guy.

Its really cheap for the price. The hotel is super new and the rooms, decoration and entertainment are amazing. The breakfast for 100THB is another surprise

Beautiful place, great location. The guys at the reception were very helpful, friendly and smiley. A stunning, huuuuge room. Highly recommended.
The lady at the reception was not very helpful. For example, when I asked to store my bags somewhere at the hotel for three hours after the check out (while I had to visit a doctor and after I had completed the check out) she became hostile and seemed very stressed. I think that is a very standard request at any hotel so I really do not understand what the issue was! Really put a dampener to my stay.
