This home features a open living and dinning rooms, freshly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 1 bedroom and full bath on main floor. The upper level has 2 additional bedrooms and half bath, washer and dryer in unfinished basement. Exterior of home has a enclosed wrap around porch, one parking spot behind house with other street parking spots available. The Space: Perfect place for tail gating before the game, walk to campus! Lots of bars and restaurants at Eddie Street Commons available just 3 blocks away. Guest Access: Entire house Getting Around: Bus, taxis, Uber and Lyft available Interaction with Guests: Property manager available 8am - 11pm

I’d challenge you to find a better house location for the price. We had a guys trip to South Bend for the ND OSU game. Location was a perfect walking distance to Eddy St Commons and campus. Doug was very responsive leading up to our stay. We had zero issues while staying on site as well. I’d highly recommend this house!

The property was great for the most part. The only issue was the air conditioner upstairs didn't have the drain hose hooked up so we had to empty out the drip pan ourselves to keep the air running. If not on, it can get very hot upstairs.

Nice location, check in and communication good with owner. House has basics but not more. Coffee maker broken and owner brought a new one promptly. No curtains in windows, just paper shades which could not really be adjusted. Shower would be better with a new showerhead. Would stay here again for the price but a few upgrades would be nice.
