Nice layout and bathrooms that kept the rest of the floors dry

They made travelers keep shoes in a different room
The host had the worst penmanship imaginable. When he wrote the gate code it wa unreadable. His 1 looked like a zero, his 2 looked like a 7. Some people could not get in late at night with the gate code he gave out. He wrote the Wi-Fi code on a chalk board using a mix of upper case cursive and lower case block letters. What was supposed to be a lower case f looked like a capital L and similar. Many people were complaining they could no connect.
Simple solution -type out the gate code and Wi-Fi code on paper instead of writing it on paper for the guests. Get rid of the chalk board you write the Wi-Fi code on.
Also no towels no sheets no soap. That could have been provided. At least soap.

Nice big kitchen. Plenty of showers and toilets. Room are spacious. Personnel nice and flexible. Toilets and showers divided for gender.
Towels are not included in the price which I don’t find it fair because in others hostels in the city they are included. Very basic showers with no possibility to hang your towel. I don’t believe it is a good value for money.

Great facilities and laundry option too
I didn’t enjoy the shower, you can’t get a proper shower because their timers are so short and the water isn’t very warm

It was a huge wide open space. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice. And everything was very very clean.

After walking all day it was nice to find a big bad; spacios shower, and cool rest, that what you need. The albergo was clean and quiet. Outside was very warm, but inside - cool and quiet. Good location- right on the Camino.
I tried to dry my cloth, but was very humid in the washing room. Did not work.

Nice spacious kitchen and dining area. Helpful staff. Nearby Aldi supermarket with fresh squeezed orange juice.
The rooms had curtains as doors. This was good for ventilation, but I could hear someone in the next room shouting in their sleep in the middle of the night. Overall great experience.

Everything was good, but I had other expectations about the dormitory. For example, I didn't expect just a curtain instead of a door.

Amazing communal areas & facilities. Blankets. Friendly & accommodating staff. Great laundry
There is no escaping the fact you are in 1 dorm for 34 people. Even though partitions, you can still hear all the snorers & early risers who insist on packing in the dorm every morning

The staff were friendly and helpful, the hostel had lots of space, with curtains to separate different sections to create the feel of different rooms. The beds were comfortable and sheets provided. Extremely clean and well organized.
The only cooking facility in the kitchen is a microwave, which is a shame as it has a large communal area and kitchen
