I am having trouble getting my deposit back, very unhappy

location was good.
no WiFi, concierge made it sound like I would be met in person at the apartment at 14:00 but I was not. I believe she made an assumption that I would just know how this all works.
I think the communication should be better and people made to understand exactly how arrival should happen.
bathroom sink tap was scolding hot all time - weird!

The location is very good. With great view. Easy to find and to access.
Really apreciated the balcony, great way to start and finish the day.
The kitchen is fully prepared to cook fast things.
Very small room. Unconfortable beds. No sheets. Ugly pillows.

In life you always learn. I had never come across a place in my life which asked me to bring bedsheets from home. It was a new experience. Strange..
The place is too small. No contact with any host. Only passwords to remember. Not my type of place
