Location

The location was good but they could do more for the feature of the place better.

All those boardgames and Nintendo Switch items don't make up for the fact that our room was not what we expected. Didn't like anything about it. Really dirty. Not good at all. Walls had holes, floor was dirty with crumbs of food.

Our unit was not clean. Walls had holes in them. Food and trash on the floor. Was asked to pay extra for the cleaning fee. Who`s pocketing the money, because cleaning staff sure aren't cleaning. Do not recommend staying here, unless you don't mind a dirty room with holes on the walls.

We loved this place. The separate bedroom was helpful with young children. The Nintendo Switch was a nice bonus that the kids loved. The washing machine was also very useful. It's close to Taisho station (a JR line), which is great for travellers with a JR Rail Pass. We would recommend this place to anyone, especially families with young kids.

Amenities are various and fully provided, feels very cozy like staying in my own home, the main point is that the price is very cheap, cheaper than any house that I had stayed before. Get a best accommodation experience with lowest price. Very lucky I have selected this apartment.

The room is very clean, well equipped facilities and essential amenities have been provided. The surrounding is quiet at night. The location is easy access too, it is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment to the nearest station- “JR Taisho station” and “subway Taisho station”, as per mentioned by the host. Suitable to stay for a family of 3.
