Amazing!

Everything and everyone was amazing! We arrive easily by night using google maps and in moto ( we book it al 22:00) and the staff was there helping us! The room was very clean and beautiful! The view on front the ocean amazing and the well elaborated breakfast super good and healthy ( with many options!) thank you so much!!

Superb

The staff was super friendly and hostile at all times. Also the breakfast was amazing! The view from the room is nice - looking to the ocean. Also a mini fridge in the room which is nice for water or so.

The bathroom had a weird smell was definitely well cleaned though.

The staff was amazing! They offered me free ride to the town and they even picked me up. So lovely people! Great value for money!

There is no restaurant on site or shop nearby so keep that in mind

Ocean View Villas

Wonderfully helpful staff create a comfortable poolside retreat with ocean views.The staff,Tono,Adok,Harri and Bino couldn't do enough to make your stay a happy one. Breakfast was great and there is a warung close by for deliveries or eat out. I only discovered on my last day that there is a road that gives you access to the quiet end of the beach.

The kettle was very slow to boil for the free tea and Lombok coffee. A general observation is the long distance between steps on stairs all over Lombok and perhaps Bali. Takes a bit of getting used to when climbing up them and coming down.

An okay stay in a poorly located and badly staffed villa.

Good clean rooms, nice pool. The free breakfast was also very yummy.

Far out from the rest of Kuta, you need to rent a scooter to get around. The staff weren’t very attentive and at times ignored us when we were stood at reception waiting. They also left the key in our door when we had the room cleaned, which was a bit of a safety concern, considering we left valuables in the room. In some ways the staff acted unprofessional at times.

It is beautiful, staff is amazing, view is breathtaking and they offer a lot of services. Also the breakfast is 10/10

Only thing I can think of is that the last part of the road to here is a bit rocky with scooter. Rest part was amazing

Loved the view, the room and the guys

This hotel is super cool, the bungalows are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is partially outside which is fun. The view is very nice and the place it’s quiet. The guys working there are super kind. The breakfast is so tasty

The road there is quite tricky, specially when it rains a lot

The way up to the hotel is a dirt road (to get anywhere you need a scooter, and be careful) the floor of the pool looks like it could use a cleaning. Honestly I think the staff is more busy with side hustles. It's potentially a better place than it is now.oh there was a cockroach in the room first I met here

Construction View..

The staff is very kind and tries to help you in every situation. Also, they make great breakfast. The kitchen can be used by everyone and is very good for Indonesian standards. They gave us everything we needed, even some ingredients. The room is quite big and you get a big few from a shared balcony. You get an fridge to store your own food.

When we first arrived at the hotel we were a bit shocked... Ocean view... But with a huge construction work Infront. The road to the hotel is horrible and the workers are loud during the day. Overall the place is not as pretty as it is shown on the pictures. Overall the location of the place is unfortunat, it's pretty far from the beach and a long walk right next to the highway. When it's raining you are basically locked in there because the road becomes too muddy to ride with the motorbike. There is no restaurant at the place. The scooters that can be rent by the place are unsafe and small, I would recommend to rent it somewhere else. The bed is very loud, unstable and uncomfortable.

Misleading pictures

It was not a 3 star establishment, it was clean but very basic. Too many stray dogs around. Place was hard to get to as roads are not tared and it rained excessively.

The breakfast was very nice. Free water, tea and coffee all day. The room was very clean.

The water in the pool/shower/sink/toilet was yellowish to brownish most of the time.

We kind of became father and mother figure to all the boys who were glad we came...

The breakfast was superb, western style and healthy with a variety of menus. My wife particularly liked the avocado that was included in every menu. The villa is situated on a hill with good view of the ocean. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. The service was unexpectedly exceptional. The boys were so good to us to the point that we got attached to them like one big family especially after our last night stay when they cooked and barbequed for us fish, squids, prawns, duck, chicken and pigeons. We all had one huge meal which was so memorable. Thanks Tono, Ado, Bima and Harry.

Beautiful, peaceful, serene

The breakfast was beautiful and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful each day. This is a quiet and peaceful location only a short distance from central Kuta. The pool is large and with a lovely surrounding area. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will 100% be back!!

Great ocean view, great people

Nice view with amazing, very kind and friendly stuff. The pool is great and breakfast was delicious.

Very bad road on the way to these villas. The property wasnt too clean.

Perfect surf stay

Its a surf camp so dont expect the typical chain hotel service. The crew are nice people and attentive. Treat them like a buddy.

Good value for money, nice view, comfortable and private.

Good free breakfast, friendly staff, nice view of the ocean. property is aesthetically pleasing and lots of privacy. owner will offer to drop you off to places on a scooter or arrange scooter hire for you to avoid the long walk. not too far of a walk from the beach.

15/20 minute walk along a highway to the town centre/nearest minimart, construction work in the surrounds within view of the property, uphill/steep incline walk to the property.

Lovely view, great breakfast, a bit out of the way.

The staff were very friendly and eager to help, they organized multiple takeout meals for us, recommended local restaurants, organized tours and gave us scooter rides into town. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious! The pool and room facilities were nice and well kept. I particularly enjoyed sitting on our small patio and looking out at the ocean.

The hot water only lasted for a minute or two in the shower. The hotel does have a lovely view but is a bit of a walk out of town (about 15 mins). This is not a problem if you drive a scooter. Since we didn’t it was a bit isolating, but the staff was lovely and offered to give us rides to and from town and nearby beaches on their scooters as needed. There is some construction in front of the hotel, but I still enjoyed the view.

Had a fantastic day at Ocean View Villas, fab staff and lovely outdoor/pool.

Great location, 5 mins on the scooter into town, massive rooms, comfy beds and super friendly staff. Very private and awesome views out to the sea. Pool is well equipped with loungers, bean bags and tables, perfect for lazy sunbathing days.

we spent our most incredible time here at ocean view villa…the view of hill & ocean from this hotel is awesome ..clean rooms,good air conditioner,great breakfast & most importantly the staffs were amazing.mainly the manager who is named “TONO” is very friendly,helpful,funny.they even let us use their kitchen for some cooking.we booked this hotel for 1night & then extended our stay for more 3 days,we love everything about this place

the wifi didn’t work well in the room.that’s because maybe some work was under process

Beautiful villas, amazing location and helpful, friendly staff

Such an amazing stay at ocean view villa. The villa is perfectly located just far away from the town so the noise is not an issue. Best sleep ever! It’s a easy 5 minute trip into town. The staff are lovely and super helpful at arranging scooter hire and providing transport. The complimentary breakfast are a bonus as the are of a very high quality. The rooms are large and spacious, the beds massive and the ac works well to keep it cool. There is a spectacular view of the beach and surrounding hillside from everywhere in the villa. The pool is large and so refreshing to swim in after a day in town. I would 100% recommend anyone looking for a quite escape not too far from the main Kuta township to stay here. A wonderful hidden gem.

An amazing stay for anyone who is looking for a peaceful nights sleep, but is only 5 min from town

Had an amazing stay at Ocean View Villas. Located on a hill behind a quite kumpung. I had a massive private room overlooking Kuta beach. I was served complementary brekkie every morning. Really good wifi too. Staff were so friendly and helpful. They organised a good quality scooter for me and brought it up to the villa. I thought I’d be nervous driving around but it’s a very low traffic area so i had no trouble driving to and from town.

We loved every moment of our stay at Ocean View Villas

Beautiful view of the ocean, friendly staff always welcoming Tono made a wonderful breakfast for us every morning, Bina kept our room nice and clean refreshing everything daily, and Aduk was very helpful with transport and information, all staff were always smiling, excellent location nice and quiet and relaxing with a nice pool which was refreshing and nice to relax around in the evening with a drink, close to town and good distance to beautiful beaches was a lovely much needed relaxing holiday. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to everyone looking for accommodation in Lombok A+

The location is gorgeous. views are amazing. Staff are super friendly and very helpful to your needs.

There’s a little bit of construction going on in the beautiful view but that is going on everywhere in Lombok.

We chose this property for it's location and different atmosphere from Bali and were not disappointe

The breakfast was simple but perfect and we enjoyed the home made coffee especially.
