There is no breakfast on site, but there is an excellent place for breakfast a short walk away. Spotlessly clean and friendly.

Our stay was way too short.

Our room was exactly as the picture, spacious with a seating area. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, quiet and with an amazing view over the countryside. The room fridge was very useful and the daily top up of crisps and biscuits appreciated.

We had a lovely stay at Dene House Farm. The room was beautiful and clean with lots of added extras (fresh milk, a variety of herbal tea and bottled water). The bed was amazingly comfortable and the bedding was lovely. Claire went the extra mile for us during our stay. The road was closed due works and we had a wedding to attend which meant our taxi would be more expensive because it would need to go all the way around. Claire’s mam kindly dropped us off so we were able to get a taxi from the Main Street. Thank you for having us! We couldn’t recommend this place enough! :)

If you’re looking for somewhere to relax in the Northumberland countryside, Dene House Farm is perfect. We received a warm, friendly welcome on arrival and were shown to a larger than expected room with a good seating area. There are great views from the Juliette balcony, a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom with rain shower and under-floor heating. It’s the little things that make it special; crisps, biscuits, plenty of coffee and tea sachets, and fresh milk in the silent fridge. There is no breakfast, but in the nearby village is a Running Fox bakery and café that has a great selection of breakfasts and wonderful pies and cakes in the adjacent shop.

Wish we could have stayed a few more nights....

Lovely spot, amazing views and the host was lovely. We got there a very late from a wedding snd she was very helpful, waiting up to let us in. We still feel a bit guilty keeping her up!

Greeted upon arrival, very easy check in. Beautiful room, spotlessly clean with lots of nice touches. A great selection of teas and coffees, biscuits, crisps, milk and water in the mini fridge and the M&S Mince Pies were an unexpected bonus! Unfortunately we weren't able to see the view this time as we arrived late and left early because of work commitments. Just managed to catch the start of a fabulous sunrise. We have booked again and would highly recommend.

This is our 3rd stay and it is still as beautiful as ever.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this place.

Very spacious and exceptionally clean with quality fixtures and fittings. Lovely and warm, fab views, bathroom was lovely with lots of hot water and the under floor heating was a bonus. No food available however this wasn’t a problem as we had an evening meal at the local pub and breakfast at a local bakery, both were close by and were excellent

Dene House Farm is a hidden gem!! We wanted to be near Alnwick for the weekend but not right in the centre so were pleased to find that Dene House Farm was available. The property is located at the end of a country lane minutes from the village of Longframlington which is around 12 miles from Alnwick and the surrounding area and drive up across the moors are amazingly beautiful. On arrival we were greeted by Emma who showed us to our room and recommended a nearby pub for dinner (The Granby Inn where the food is fantastic). We stayed in Room 2 and had everything we needed for our stay. A great selection of teas, coffees and lovely biscuits and crisps. The room was so large and comfortable with beautiful furniture (I loved the chairs) and a really comfortable bed.The bathroom was beautifully decorated with a great shower and the whole place was immaculately clean. The room also had sliding doors which open out on to the most beautiful view of the fields and moors.

There was nothing we didn't like other than the fact we only had time to stay one night.

Room was big, great view out onto the fields, extra chairs for watching television/reading, comfortable bed, very nice shower, small refrigerator with milk, variety of instant coffee and other drinks, some small eats, very quiet, great place. Close to small town for eating and 20 minute drive from castle

No complaints or concerns at all. Now I have to keep writing to keep the computer happy so I can continue on with my review. Gotta love computers.

The room was spacious and comfortable

It was a bit cold in the room as the heating only came on early evening. The front area was a bit unwelcoming.. no pots of flowers, just rough tarmac gravel Nowhere to have an 80’clock breakfast

Room was superb. Spotless,and every facility you could need. Tea, coffee biscuits, crisps, Real milk in the fridge. Armchairs,table, and fabulous sliding picture patio, with amazing views.

The Property is Immaculate & room was very spacious with all the luxury you could want.....having a fridge in the room & full hot drink facilities made it very homely, so I was very impressed with my stay.

I liked everything about this vacation property.
