The view, the room pool etc food was also good

The restaurant could have been better we stayed at saphire cottage we had to travel down for 5 mins to reach the main counter and restaurant but that's still okay.. The restaurant infrastructure could have been more luxurious.. Room mattress could have been better

Only I like the view from the resort room...rest things was not upto the expectations

Need to change the reception staffs ...food quality was not good and it was bit unhygienic...staff was not serving food in proper manner ..

Secluded villa were amazing Van service was excellent Rooms were huge View from villa and infinity pool was great

Location & Ambience

Staff is very good, service is excellent. Location is awesome on the lake, it is peaceful. Food is yum, especially the Italian menu.

Only negative is a noisy and chaotic breakfast that depends on the crowd.

Professionally managed hotel with attention to detail. The staff was always available and helpful. The location is brilliant and gives you a nice view of Mulshi backwaters. The food was brilliant. The villas are about half a km away from the reception but they do provide a shuttle to-and-fro.

Not a lot of complaints. The activities available on campus are very minimal. But they are still as advertised. Only table tennis and foosball were available so if you don't have company, the stay might get boring after a point. The villas are half a km away from the reception and ordering the food to the room incurs 10% extra on each dish. They have a limited menu and it is vegetarian only. Also, they do not serve alcohol but there is no ban on smoking in the villas (the room next to us had smokers which was unpleasant since the balconies are adjacent)
