In just a short walk or bike ride to Boardwalk 3A you'll be splashing in the waves and walking along the 3.5 miles of sandy Seabrook shoreline. Don't feel like going that far? Enjoy spending the day lounging at the Sealoft neighborhood pool. After a full day of fun in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading up to the deck to watch the golfers stroll by. This wonderful villa is filled with natural light that allows the natural beauty of Seabrook Island to shine through. The living room area boasts a wall of windows, vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan. Comfortable furniture invites you to relax and enjoy your stay. The beautifully updated kitchen is fully stocked and features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker as well as a regular brew coffee pot. There is a dining table with seating for 6. The master bedroom is on the first level and features a queen bed, television and en suite bath with walk in shower. Sliding plantation shutters offer access to a private deck off the master bedroom. The guest room on the first level is spacious with a full bed plus a single twin. The bathroom is en suite with a tub/shower. This bathroom is also accessible from the main living area. Upstairs on the second level is an open loft with vaulted ceiling, 2 twin beds and an adorable sitting area with game table. The sliding doors offer access to an upper deck as well. Seabrook Islands offers resort amenities in a family friendly atmosphere including two championship golf courses, a tournament grade tennis center, full-service equestrian center, fitness and aquatics complex and long, unspoiled beaches, as well as close proximity to Charleston. Please refer to discoverseabrook.com for additional information. *Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply. THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL (Legally a 2 Bedroom + loft) Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive. Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. Cancellation Policy: For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. Property in great location, quiet, neighborhood pool. Property needs some major tlc, everything is worn and dinghy. Bedding could of been cleaned we were making up the bed and several stains (gross) on underside of comforter. Towels in bathes dinghy too. Couch and loveseat had stained cushions as well , LR carpet needs good cleaning or replacement. But we love Seabrook and will return to the island again.

We had the best week in Seabrook! The property was a perfect size for our family of 5. The location is perfect- just a short bike ride to the Beach Club or ocean. We would definitely come back and stay at this property!

The villa was in a good location, was very clean, but felt a little tired. The floor had a couple spots that need to be repaired but otherwise was in good shape. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of linens. The beach was just a short walk and the neighborhood pool was even closer. It was difficult to get into any of the local restaurants for dinner without a reservation so I would recommend making them before your visit.

The location to the beach is very convenient and is just a short walk or a bike-ride away. The houses are a little too close to each other and may not be ideal when in season, but off-season it was great. We enjoyed our stay, L & C

We’ve been Vacationing on Seabrook for 25 years and this was our first stay in a Sealoft. We couldn’t have been happier! It was wonderfully appointed and even had thoughtful bowls, toys and blankets for puppies. It also has a ton of board games and TV’s. It was a a great location too! Easy walk to the beach and the club house was only about a mile away. Definitely walkaway. Plus, it’s tucked away at the back of the Sealofts so it’s very quiet too. During the day it is also sunny and bright! We hope to come back again!

The property was well suited for our needs. Unfortunately there were AC issues and after 2 nights we moved. Nancy went above and beyond to try and fix the problem, which eventually happened. We were dealing with a 3 and 2 year old so needed to move because of the heat. If not for that, we would have been happy staying .

Unit was clean and comfortable, with several decks for outside access. Within easy walking and biking distance to the beach and Seabrook amenities. Only thing lacking was adequate lighting and throw pillows for the living room - otherwise perfect!

We had such a wonderful stay at this little villa! It was clean and comfortable, with great light, high ceilings, and lots of pleasant outdoor patio spaces. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool just down the street and walking our dog to the beach each morning. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Specifics - plenty of towels, kitchen supplies. Great internet, cable tv. We brought extra paper products - not needed. Only thing we added was to folding chairs for the beach and we just left them for the next guests. Walk to the pools might be too far for some; we took the car. We had debated between Kiawah Island and Seabrook - so glad we made the decision for Seabrook!

We enjoyed our stay on Seabrook Island at this Sealoft Villa. The villa was clean, close to the beach boardwalk, and had everything needed to ensure a positive experience. The only feedback for the owner of the home would be to soundproof the home a bit better, as the bathroom doors/walls are paperthin etc. But otherwise we would recommend using this rental agency and unit again.
