Great location walking distance to Blue Mountain and skiing. Nice size townhouse - with two levels and a nice size kitchen and living area. Beautiful views of the mountains.
This place is shabby with old furniture, broken TV, Broken Fireplace, cheap flooring and dirty dishes in the cupboards. The carpeting upstairs was stained and filthy. The oven smoked so much when we tried to cook that we had to open all the windows and put the fans on. Cleaners were late getting it cleaned for us and we had to wait another hour to get in.
Check in at 4 pm and check out at 10 am is ridiculous.

It’s very spacious, the amenities & the location
None of the locks on the washroom or bedroom doors was working, there was a cob Webb in the master bedroom, the pull out sofa bed’s springs was broken & the tv speaker in the living room was very muffled and unclear.

I like the location and environment
there was a bad experience that we’re staying. Out of order of the A/C in the heat warning dates. The BBQ grill was not working. And the bed sheet if the top bunk bed haven’t prepare for us

- Spacious kitchen and dining table
- The fridge was big
- Convenient location

Location. Building management (vacasa) was very friendly and helpful
House was dirty upon arrival. Bread crumbs, hairs, on chairs and table. One of the bunk beds was very dirty and did not end up using. The fireplace was missing a cover and had the dust exposed. Has to block it with chairs so kids wouldn't touch. We spent an hour cleaning upon arrival.

comfortable beds
The pictures displayed when I booked were not of the property I was given to stay. Disappointed it was advertised incorrectly, unsure if that was due to the owner of the property or Booking.com site. the flooring was not safe in some areas. It was a tripping hazard.

Spacious suite along the golf course and very clean. New linens.
A bit dated. The dishwasher needs repair! The flap which holds the soap tab doesn't release! Street address doesn't match the signage. False advertising about the swimming pool - not open in the winter.

Place is big and comfortable
Owner/Vacasa need to include for cleaning supplies and basic pantry items. Main floor carpet needs a good cleaning or replaced.

Great location, walking distance to the mountain. Kids enjoyed the pool. Above and beyond on the living amenities, laundry room, full kitchen with plates and cutlery, multiple televisions available for use.
Room didn't offer much beyond being close to the blue mountains. Occupancy rules were ridiculous counting toddlers towards occupancy limits, Be mindful of nosy neighbours as this place has a Home Owners Association(HOA).

The unit was a good walking distance to the village and the layout of the unit was nice.
The couches weren't clean, the BBQ was dirty, the beds and pillows weren't comfortable and the air conditioning was noisy.

Good space for large family.
Able to cook or BBQ.
Walk to BMV. Quiet.
Couldn't access pool due to Not receiving correct information regarding pool forms. Very disappointing for little ones.Bed mattresses too hard and or bed very noisy like it was going to break.
Broken fridge. pots not great. dishwasher not working properly and washing machine moldy.
Also had to ask ppl to leave designated parking spot.

Everything was great, clean and comfortable. Only having a short walk to the village was convenient.

Location was good.
Bathrooms and kitchen were worn and dated. Master Bed sagged horribly. Dishes and cookware were very worn/scratched/chipped and cheap.

We liked everything. The house is very spacious and was well equipped. It is also within walking distance of Blue Mountain Village which made it easy to walk back and forth for dinner and activities.

The house was clean and spacious. The pictures were accurate. The house heating was good and the walk to the village was very short. Quite neighbourhood.
The lock box for check inn was a struggle. It was very difficult to locate the house. The address given doesn’t take you to the house directly. You have to search for it in another unit. It says 110 is the unit however I found out after arriving there and searching for 30 min that 120 was the unit number. The hot water did not work. He had to shower in cold water the first. I had to call Vacasa multiple times to deal with these issues. However they were very responsive and helpful. The beds are very bad. Very uncomfortable. I can feel the springs in the bed. The pillows need to be replaced as they are flat and Uncomfortable.
