About this villa rental
I provide all of my guests local knowledge and recommendations. Villas of Hatteras Landing is the perfect spot for your vacation. Big Pool, Two Marinas, Best Beach right across the road and the Orcacoke Ferry all right out of your doorstep. Hatteras Landing shops and restaurants all within in a very short walk. You can rent golf carts, bicycles, kayaks, SUPs or Charter a Boat for Fishing. Slash Creek Outfitters are recommended for rentals. . King Bed and Queen Sofa Sleeper with memory foam will sleep 4. Kitchen with New Appliances including a convection oven for all your cooking needs. New Carpet, Furniture, and Doors. First Floor poolside!!! Our Villa is one of only 8 that has a first floor rear patio exit (most desired)..You can park right outside your door. New Passenger Ferry to Ocracoke so you may never even need your car during your visit unless you want to drive out on one of the many beach accesses. Public Beach Access and shower is right out the door across the road (one block) Free Laundry and Ice on site. Two Gas Grills by the pool. 50" LED TV, DVD player and Bluetooth speaker. Actual pictures of the unit so you know what you are getting. All are similar but owners do upgrades on their own. Our unit is one of the nicest ones in the complex. No check in is required because there is a key pad.. Plenty of parking right outside the condo. Linens are included in all rentals. Just bring your beach gear. (some chairs and umbrellas may be on the back porch but I can't guarantee it) Bikes, kayaks, etc. are available for rent in town. Pool/Grills are open April 1st to October 31st. (+12% State and County sales tax) Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Sorry no pets. See my other listings if you would like to visit the mountains of West Virginia or Snowshoe Resort.

We had a great stay here. It was very clean upon arrival. The location was perfect for us. A short walk to the beach was nice especially to see the beautiful sunrise. Seeing the sunset at the marina a few steps away was the cherry on top (plus live music) Taking the ferry (next door) to Ocracoke was the highlight of our trip. Getting to know the locals that live there was pretty cool. Everyone was so friendly. Cant wait to stay here again.

My family of 4 had a wonderful experience at this condo. The condo looked better in person than in the pictures! The beach is a very short walk across the street. The condo was close to stores and restaurants. We had such a fun, relaxing time. The owner was super accommodating when we asked to extend our trip. We can’t wait to go back :)

Overall we had a nice stay, the condo was clean and orderly. People need to follow instruction to not wear shoes inside, we followed the instruction, and because of that we stepped on burrs with bare feet that were in the carpet, likely from someone's shoes.... I removed over 20 from the carpet. The bedroom AC unit was loud and did not cool, reported it, but repair person was not available until after we left, fortunately it was pretty mild, but, not much sleep in a stuffy room. Assuming that gets repaired, we would consider that condo again, the location was good, quiet, about as far south as you can go in Hatteras

unit was like new condition. Very well kept. Will recomend it's usege to friends.
Only down issue was oversized chair near bed the made walking around bed very close causing uneasy footing.

The condo is clean and well equipped with all the amenities to feel at home during your stay. There's a grill onsite, pool, short walk to the beach, and close to the Ocracoke ferry. The host is very quick to respond and very helpful. I look forward to staying here again!

If you’re interested in getting away from the crowds of the northern OBX towns, this rental in Hatteras will make you happy. Quiet, clean, and a very nice pool. Also some great restaurants are nearby to choose from. Walking distance to the ferry that can take you to Ocracock & you have a choice to travel with or without your vehicle. Fun to check out!

Great Stay at Hatteras Landing
We have stayed at Hatteras Landing for shorter stays before our longer week-long house vacations on Hatteras Island but have always rented directly through the complex/management company. Renting directly through the owner on VRBO was great. He was very responsive when I had questions and provided all the details for our stay (access, check out procedure, etc.) in a simple yet inclusive format. The unit itself is excellent. Looks to be new/newer carpet and new/newer Couch - you can tell it is really kept up. It is my wife and I and 24 year old son who stayed here - and we took the pull out couch and I have to stay the memory foam topper that is provided was fantastic! best sleeping ever on a pull out and better than many beds. Unit is well equipped, very dry with the dehumidifier running and just a pleasure to stay at. Great location very close to the pool access and you can park near the sliding glass door into the bedroom for easier access loading and unloading if needed. Great stay and looking forward to staying again next year. Would highly recommend.

Great Hatteras Getaway
As far south on Hatteras Island as you gan go. Very clean and cozy 1 bed condo with pull out couch. My family enjoyed the beach only 250 yards away (beach chairs and umbrellas weee right out the back door). Right next to the Ocracoke Ferry if you want a quick trip south. Good food nearby. Great communication! Thanks!

Perfect Family Getaway
I could not have asked for a better experience. Very responsive property manager. Clean, comfortable, and friendly. Convenient for beach, restaurants, ferry, shopping, pool and museum. Nice getaway from crowds of people. Had everything I needed to cook. Plenty of hot water for everyone. We would love to return soon.

Amazing Location
If you are looking for quiet, clean, and great location to beach access, and the ferry, look no further. We highly recommend this condo. The sunsets out of the marina side are magnificent. The beach across the street is beautiful. What a beautiful area. We are from the west coast and have visited lots of beaches and this one is highly ranked up there. We would definitely book this condo again!

Overall this was a pleasant experience and decent price for the time during which I stayed. The condo was plenty big enough for myself with space for a few others, too. The kitchen was equipped enough for me to make simple meals. I enjoyed sitting on the back patio and having the sliding glass door with screen. I would stay here again.

Perfect location for southern OBX
We only stayed here 2 nights, but this was a perfect location to explore the southern end of the Outer Banks. The ferry terminal is literally right next door so we went from the villa to the ferry in under 10 minutes! The villa itself has everything we needed including a bottle of wine which was much appreciated after several hours of travel in the rain!! Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice and the walk to the beach was only about 5 minutes. All in all a great place!

The condo was great. We planned on basically sleeping there and exploring the OBX and that's exactly what we did. Perfect location and loved the laundry and ice machine. Bed was very comfortable and we all agreed it was just a wonderful trip!
