Die Aussicht war großartig, ebenso die fußläufige Nähe zum Strand und zur Stadt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. In direkter Nähe an der Strandpromenade waren zwei schöne Eiscafés. Der nächste große Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto weniger als fünf Minuten entfernt. Es war sehr ruhig, obwohl in der Stadt ausgiebig Karneval gefeiert wurde.
Das Wasser im Bad (Dusche und Waschbecken) lief sehr schlecht ab. Die Möbel sind zum Teil recht alt.
