About this house rental
Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this charming house for R 7,946 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This a large upscale home just a few steps from the beach (about 100 yards to a very nice beach access). One of our pictures shows the beach access near the house, taken from front porch. Across the street from the beach. One Row of Ocean Front homes between the house and the beach. House has a nice partial view of ocean from upper level and strong "sounds of the surf". There are good ocean views from the upper level covered deck. Capacity of 14 is a strict maximum number and includes babies. No more than 10 adults. In addition to the bedding as detailed in each bedroom, there is a nice Pack-n-Play. We keep the home fresh, clean, updated, and nice furnishings throughout. Everything fully stocked to make your stay a pleasant one. 4 of the 5 bedrooms are on the pool side of the house and have private exits to covered porches overlooking the pool. The one street side bedroom on lower level has private exit to covered deck. Lots of covered decking on both sides of the house. Rockers and other chairs on decks. Great hangout areas all around the house, inside and out, and at the pool. Very comfortable home in every way. The private pool is nice and refreshing. The beach is across the street, and the small quaint retail district of Ocean Isle is a short walk (5 minutes) away - pier, shops, restaurant, Putt Putt, and an Ice Cream shop. This home that has 2 family rooms, one of which is set (the lower level) includes a FOOSBALL TABLE. The second family room is large and you will find the extra space makes this home very comfortable for large extended family groups. High Speed internet hookup for your laptop. 55" HDTV on upper Level and 65" HDTV on lower level. Upper level great room has kitchen, dining area, nice seating with 2 large bedrooms off to the poolside of the house. Large kitchen bar seats 6, plus full sized dining table next to kitchen seats 8, and coffee table in great room for overflow. The 31E1 has a nice poolside bar. A nice added touch you will find is very convenient. Keep refreshing drinks in the mini fridge to enjoy while using the pool area. The bar area also features two 48” commercial grade stainless steel tables with eight chairs to enjoy a relaxing meal poolside (see photo album). Outdoor 42" HDTV in covered area by pool bar. This is a wonderful property with very attractive pricing. Beds by bedroom -1K upper level Poolside, 1Q, and on lower level 3 bedrooms- 1Q, 1Q & 1D, and the third bedroom has a Double, Twin, and Bunk set. No student groups or chaperoned groups of students. Family groups or if adult groups, adults all to be over aged 25.

Great property! Great location, easy quick access to beach, shopping, restaurants, putt putt, fishing pier, etc. The pool area was awesome with great Bluetooth speakers, plenty of chairs, nice bar and eating. The home definitely lived up to prior reviews, and we had constant great communication with the owner and agent involved. My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the home, is that Ocean isle needs to step their game up in terms of food quality at their restaurants. The fact that there’s only a couple to choose from you would think the competition for customers would be fierce and one will try to Outdo the other. We also ventured to one of the local seafood markets, and they let us know that their fish was frozen and thawed out. Oh well, I guess you can’t have everything! Again, this property is great and we will definitely be back, but I will Pack my own cooler with fresh fish Prior to my departure.

First stay at OIB
We had a great stay at OIB. First of many to come. The property was great! Excellent location to the pier, coffee shop and park along with easy beach access. My only complaint would be the furniture is very bulky and takes up a lot of bedroom space. We traveled with infants and needed more space for the pack n’ plays in the rooms. Aside from that, the property was perfect!

Beautiful beach home
This was my first time using VRBO and I was a bit nervous. The process was very easy and communication with the owner went well. My family enjoyed our visit to Ocean Isle Beach and can’t wait to go again. The beach house was beautiful, just like the pictures, and had everything we needed. Even my daughters have asked to return to the same beach home.

Fantastic Family Vacation
The house was perfect for the week. Plenty of room for an extended family trip. The foozeball table, casino table, and board games made our evenings (after the babies went to bed and we were stuck in) so fun. The house had huge porches with great rocking chairs making morning coffee even better. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the pool as the recent storms made the water a tad too cool for us. But the house was so close (walking distance even for a 3 year old) to so many fun activities (beach, peir, icecream, stores, putt putt, playground/splash pad) no one seemed to care. We truly enjoyed our stay at the CoCo Cabana and hope to one day come back.

Wonderful family vacation
This home was beautiful and so accommodating for my family group of eight. There was great kid space, adult space, and lovely outdoor spaces. The owner thought of everything from a well stocked kitchen to beach toys. We would definitely recommended this home.
