About this house rental
Located in Port Lincoln, this attractive house for R 3,469 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Overlooking the natural seaside at Mundy's Mooring, this home is situated between the City Centre and Marina. You can look forward to a quiet, peaceful and secluded neighbourhood. Meticulously cleaned by the owner this open planned home caters well for families and larger groups. On the ground floor the lounge and TV area adjoins a fully equipped kitchen. It has a large dining area with great views over the bay. An efficient reverse cycle heating and cooling system services this area. Complimenting the kitchen is a covered alfresco area with BBQ and bar fridge. A large double garage at the rear of the home is fully secure and has direct access into the hallway. There is off street parking on the double driveway and room to back your boat onto the lawn. The laundry offers a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and outside access to a clothesline. The downstairs bedroom has ample space for the queen bed. It is directly opposite a vanity area, toilet, and bathroom with separate shower. It is friendly for the elderly or those challenged by stairs. The stairs have well made child safety gates at the top and the bottom. Upon reaching the top level you will find three queen sized bedrooms the second bathroom, toilet and powder room and the second separate lounge room. Through the generous lounge is access onto a balcony. The lounge area has a large TV and DVD's ready for those relaxing evenings or if you need some quiet space. This room has doors if needed for privacy, with a sofa bed available that can be set up upon request. Effectively making beds to sleep up to 14. The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed with views over the water and has private access to the bathroom via the walk in robe. Bedroom two has a queen bed, a double bunk and a portacot. Bedroom three has a double bunk and two comfortable single beds which can convert into a king bed. Upstairs there is ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling for year round comfort. All four bedrooms have built in robes. Your holiday can be as simple as a walk along Parnkalla Trail that adjoins the reserve, a paddle on the kayaks or a swim, a game of cricket or you can embrace all the adventures and experiences Port Lincoln is renowned for. We had a fabulous few days at this beautiful location with stunning views in a very quiet area with our family celebrating a special birthday. This property was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed.
Lisa was very accommodating and quick and easy to communicate with.

What an amazing place so beautifully presented by the hosts. We have stayed in many properties before but this one certainly tops the list. It had everything we could have possibly needed and was so easy to find whatever we needed. The hosts were very approachable and prompt in responding. This property has everything ( I mean everything ) you need to make your holiday perfect. The location is amazing situated right on the waterfront. A++ for cleanliness and big spacious living areas, great for large families. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to visit Pt Lincoln.

Lincoln Cove, the place to be!
Such a fabulous house. Serene with beautiful views. Spacious with warmth. Comfortable and homely. We loved staying there. My sister and I loved the walk into Pt Lincoln from the house. It's a 7.2 k walk, through bush and along the coast. Highly recommended.

Sea Eyre retreat family stay
Fantastic home. Attention to detail was amazing. Everything in the home was Good quality. We had all ages staying at the house and there was something to do for everyone. Very safe beach for the children. Kayaking was a lot of fun. Fishing every day. Neighbours very friendly. Everyone used the walking trail. Plenty of room for all of our vehicles. Visited the wildlife park, leisure centre and many eating places. The owners were more than generous with their time and assistance to us. Many thanks to the hosts.

My husband & I have stayed in holiday homes in Europe, America & Canada. This property is by far the best place we have ever had the pleasure to stay. Lisa & Terry have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable & comfortable.
Including - kayaks, selection of pillows ( only in luxury hotels)well stocked kitchen utensils, pots, pans, pantry stables ( oil, seasonings, milk ect) manuals for appliances, info book on Pt Lincoln, everything is clearly labeled. Can’t forget the view of the Bay. Stunning. The list goes on.

Great home for a family holiday
Great home for a family holiday, enough space for everyone to spread out. The owners had thought of everything even down to a History of Tuna DVD which all of us girls protested about, but we all watched it, so interesting.
Would love to re-book in the Summer, hope we get a chance to, cheers Shaz

Group stay in Lincoln
A group of us went to Pt Lincoln for the races & wanted somewhere to chill out close to the water & all mod cons. This place met expectations and more. View of the water was great, so good to sit outside and watch the boats go out/come in. Some lovely walks. Just a short drive into main part of town. Plenty of room and space for when you want to do your own thing. Would like to book again if in Lincoln again.

Perfection by the bay
The property is by far the most well organised place I ever stayed in, with so many thoughtful inclusions for guests enjoyment and relaxation. The kitchen is large with everything you would need to cook up a storm, and all cupboards are labelled to make finding items so easy. There are two large lounge areas with plenty of DVDs for both the kids and adults to enjoy and the communication from the owners was warm and welcoming. The highlight is the location of the property, close to town and the marina, with a reserve and the water directly accessed from the backyard, and fabulous views from both upstairs and downstairs.
