Nestled in Crystal Beach, this lovely house for R 3,765 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Just a few blocks away from the Gulf of Mexico and the Pinellas trail. The Tarpon Springs sponge docks, honeymoon Island, Dunedin, and Clearwater beach are just a few miles from this centrally located home. There are plenty of restaurants, craft breweries, pubs, and Innisbrook golf course in biking distance from this house! A FULL REMODEL WAS COMPLETED January 2020. Everything is new! This house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath Split floor plan (Master bedroom and bathroom are seperated from the other 2 bedrooms for privacy). Living room offers a flatscreen Smart TV with a Netflix account already set up. Includes full-size washer and dryer. Fully functioning kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, garbage disposal and dual trash cans. Kitchen also includes silverware, dishes, glassware, coffee maker, toaster, measuring cups and spoons, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. Master bedroom offers a king bed and attached bathroom, walk in shower, double vanity, and a large closet. Master bedroom also has a flatscreen TV and a DVD player. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen size bed the guest bath has also been completely remodeled. Guests are given initial supply of dishwashing liquid, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent and softener’s, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Also includes broom, mop, and vacuum to maintain the cleanliness of the home. 10% off when booking for a week. 20% off when you book more than 28 days! Regretfully, pets are not permitted in the home. 3-6 month lease options available if previous booking aren’t interrupted. The home is video monitored on the outside and the house rules are expected to be abided by.

A Home Away From Home

This home is truly a home away from home in a quiet neighborhood nicely tucked away from the beach traffic. It was nice to enjoy the beaches and drive away from the noise and crowds. Allison is a perfect host and responded quickly to our inquiries. Her home is well maintained, comfortable, and. clean. So comfortable that our kids asked to rebook for next year. Book this home. You won’t be disappointed. It’s perfect.

The property was clean and spacious but the kitchen needs to have a complete cookware set. More than one television needed for a three bedroom house especially when it's rented to a family. Host did not check in periodically. Neighborhood is not impressive.

This was our first verbal rental and it was such an awesome experience would definitely stay there again. The pictures are exactly as it is very clean nice comfortable accommodations. Neighbors were friendly, nice quite location, close to several local beaches.

Where do I start?!? First off I don’t typically do reviews, however, this property and the owner truly deserve one! Check-in was just plain simple. The house was CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!! Not sure if it’s a “guest pay it forward” or the owner stocking essentials but we arrived to a decently well stocked home. Since we didn’t know if it was a guest thing, we ended up going out and buying a small bag of Dishwasher detergent and Laundry detergent. While it’s not Oceanside, the location is great! You are 15min to Honeymoon Island (not the beach for our group) and 30 min to Sand Key beach (much more our kind of beach). You are within a 5- 20 min drive to any type of restaurant. Allie was very easy and pleasant to rent from. She responded to my initial inquiry within 30min. I Messaged her during our stay to get local restaurant recommendations and got a response within 20min. So she obviously has notifications turned on! Lol.. Now with our daughter living nearby in Trinity,FL we have a place to stay when we visit!!

My two children and my parents stayed here for a week. It was the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed; honestly probably the most impressive part. It was a little drive to beaches and all other attractions like food and things to do (not mileage but time wise which is only due to the amount of people/traffic in the area) but was worth it to be in a quiet neighborhood rather than in the middle of the hustle and bustle with two small kids. Was very happy with where we chose to stay. Highly recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay in Crystal Beach! We enjoyed how close everything was to the home and it was a comfortable home to stay in. The home had so much more than most other VRBO's have as far as essentials that were provided! There were 3 couples and we all had a great time. Allison was wonderful to work with and even let us change the rental home that we originally had (when one other couple wanted to join us)...I so much appreciate her flexibility and recommendations for the area! We will stay here again when we come to visit our friends for sure!!!

Crystal Beach was perfect for our family of four. We were visiting family in Tarpon Springs and the location was perfect. The house was clean and the beds were especially comfortable. The manager was quick to respond; check-in and check out process was very easy. We will return on our next visit to Florida.

This home was nicely decorated and stocked better than any house we’ve stayed at. It was in a great location close to everything you would need. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Beds were very comfortable. Allison was attentive and gracious to us and very sweet. The only thing I would say to make it better would be that we needed 6 beach towels for our family of 6, and there was only 4. We would absolutely stay there again if we’re ever in the area for vacation again.

We had a great vacation! This home is really cute, clean and comfortable! It’s also convenient to do many great places: Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, Honeymoon Island. We really enjoyed being so close to the Pinellas Trail for bicycling. We would love to rent this home again for future trips!

A very nice and very clean property. Property manager was a great communicator. Everything was as-advertised. Would recommend the owner upgrade the towels and toilet paper, and providing some basic toiletries (bath soap, shampoo, etc) would be nice.

My son's family stayed here for a visit over Thanksgiving, and found the place just perfect. Nice location, spacious inside, plenty of room and very attractive back yard setting too. Highly recommend it for a couple or for a family. Owner is very responsive to inquiries.

This was our family’s first vacation rental experience, and we will probably never stay in a hotel again! The host was super accommodating, and left nothing to be desired. The host provided snacks, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. The property was exactly as described in the website. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!
