Bright and spacious apartment, located in the Center of Madrid, in a very beautiful and quiet street within a cosmopolitan environment; an area full of bars, restaurants, shops and contemporary galleries. Next to the Reina Sofia Museum 250m and very close to the Prado Museum and the Atocha station. Walking around the center of the capital. We try to make you feel at home and make the trip easier; We are good hosts of our city we know well. Welcome! Have fun!

We had a good stay at this apartment. It was very comfortable. It was convenient to walking downtown and to all the other places we wanted to visit. We didn’t get to meet Maria but communicated with her several times. Erasto was very helpful with checking us in and out. It was nice to be able to wash our clothes. Since we're not big eaters we enjoyed eating breakfast in the apartment. If we're ever in Madrid again, we would stay here.

Fantastic little apartment in a great location. It is within walking distance to many of museums and sites. We arrived very late because our plane was running late. The owner was very gracious about our late arrival. The communication was excellent and we appreciated all of the suggestions and information!

Quiet non-commercial street; quiet apartment
Clean
Location is close and within walking distance to museums and park, and center of Madrid. Did not need to take Metro.
Well stocked and supplied for the rental.
Good security.
Owner and Manager were very nice and helpful.
Cons:
Small shower and bath
Neighborhood is working class, but generally safe. Some drug activity in the plazas.

Nos encanto el lugar, muy acogedor, nos sentimos en casa, María siempre estuvo al pendiente para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos, perfecta locación, también nos sentimos muy seguros, súper cerca del mercado el rastro y de tienditas y restaurantes
Nos encantaría regresar algún día y definitivamente nos quedaríamos en el lugar de María otra vez, súper recomendado! Besos
