no personal contact with anyone. Discription says breakfast is possible , we could mot find any information on how to get breakfast onsite

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful city.

Lovely apartment in a charming little square. Very quiet, very comfortable and very clean even though it is right near the centre of town.

The tight spiral staircase would make it impossible for the elderly or toddlers.

Loved the robes and decaf and coffees and location and fan. Loved bathroom ammenities and Netflix!

Food all over floor. Vacuum and cleaning g supplies left in bathroom. No air conditioning.

Careful when booking for the summer

Access to the appartment was very easy and the location was close to many restaurants and bars. Also, the place was very clean and also very secure.

This specific appartment is one spread over two floors at the top of the building (maisonette) with the beds being at the top floor, just underneath the roof. Unfortunately there is no air condition in the bedroom (or anywhere else in the flat, actually) - just a small window of which one wing the size of an A3 sheet opens. Imagine this in the middle of August when the summer sun heats up the room during the day through the roof. "Open all doors" to create a better ventilation you might say. Great idea. Unfortunately there seems to be a problem with the drain pipe, because that's what you smell from the bathroom next door - so that door we kept firmly closed. "Funny", by the way, when in reviews other guests praise the wonderfully smelling shower gels that are provided, when you stand in the bathroom next to those cosmetics and all you smell is the odours of a drain pipe. Talking of the bathroom: there is a nice rain shower in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the person who fitted it must have been the same "professional" who fitted the drain pipe - or alternatively the person is just not that tall. Because if you are taller than 1.85m then you simply won't fit under that rain shower. Which means it's not that nice for you after all. As advertised, the suite is close to a lively area with bars and restaurants. Which is nice on one hand, but on the other hand it means that quite a lot of people in groups walk home after a good night out. The good news is that the street becomes quiet after around 2am (at 1:30am there were actually some people playing football in the street). This is of course not the fault of whoever rents out this flat - but there is no air condition, and in August you need to keep that window open if you want to live. So if you like things quiet, then keep this in mind before you book this flat in the summer. Okay, there is no air condition, but surely there must be a fan or something?!

Brilliant. A far more enjoyable experience than staying in a hotel

Great location! Short walk to centre of town and to train station. Clean with plenty of space. Wifi, Netflix and full kitchen were a bonus

Tight spiral stairs to the top floor made it difficult with heavy luggage. No A/C was also disappointing. Was very hot.

Very nice apartement hotel in downtown Dijon

Very nice apartement hotel in downtown Dijon. The apartement was really charming and located close to the main shopping/dining streats. The breakfast was excellent and delivered to the door in the morning. Highly recommended to stay here if you visit Dijon.

A lovely apartment situated in the heart of Dijon.

We got apartment with terrace, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delightful patio area. It provided us with a wonderful spot to relax and unwind.

The apartment is divided into two floors, and it posed a slight inconvenience that the restrooms were located solely on the first floor, rather than being conveniently close to the bedroom.

Great location, some execellent features but has its quirks

living area kitchen and covered tv area bedroom good size and comfortable shower good pressure and hot

internal noisy stairs very steep and the toilet is down stairs which is difficult during the night

Quiet room in convenient location

The room is in a very good location, very close to the Dijon Ville train station and about 5-10 mins walk from the town centre. The property is in a quiet court with no traffic. There was an L shaped sofa, and large screen smart TV with streaming services. Picture quality was good, sound quality was fair. The bed was large and comfortable. We appreciated the facilities for making tea.

Wifi was so weak we couldn’t browse online or send emails. We didn’t expect weren't that the shower and handbasin would be in the bedroom, as the description said there was a bathroom. There was a separate toilet. It did not flush well.

Beautiful appartment! Perfect location in a stunning city. Easy acces and parking nearby if you arrive by car. The beds were comfortable, and we would love to come back again.

I left the property without having slept which is sad because in all other respects I was very happy

Firstly I would like to say that overall I was impressed but there are some very serious problems with this property. 1. The advert poses as a Hotel i.e. Breakfast etc. It is not. 2. Much more important is the Health and safety. Our room was two levels up a very narrow stairwell. There were nor emergency instructions regarding Fire, no fire escape and no fire extinguisher. In the building there is no alternative escape to the roof or through the windows. In other words if there was a fire on a lower level you would more than likely have no chance. I am not sure if Booking.com ensures any H&S compliance from its advertisers, in this case I am doubtful there is any compliance to French Law.

We loved the location, it’s very spacious, very clean, for two people it’s perfect, everything is nearby, it’s a nice quiet street. It’s extra nice to have a little living room and patio to look out of. One person can sleep upstairs and the other person could be downstairs in the living room reading. Love the bathroom, nice shower. It was extra nice to have a heated towel rack. if we need anything at all, Paul was at the ready and able to help at a moment’s notice.

I don’t have any complaints.

Loved it! Would stay longer.

Its so beautiful! The apartment is very stylish. Super clean. It has everything. The location is just perfect.

It was quite hot on the day we stayed. So we opened the windows and it was quite loud from the street although the building is hidden away from large road and tourist ways. Still we could hear people talking or singing. And it was disturbing for night sleep. But ear plug will def help.
