Perfect location, 20 paces to the beach and 2 minutes to the pub.
Fantastic outside facilities, loads of space, 3 excellent seating areas, 2 out of the wind!

A basement door onto the garden made a noise in high winds and needed a garden chair put in front of it.

Amazing location, nice crisp white sheets and new carpets. Beautiful views from m the window seat.
Dry minor but tv is very small would be nice to watch a nice film on a winter evening
