Location wise fine .

Property was not clean well , there are lot of spiders in the room . They have partitioned the house in two apartments , top floor tenant was very noisy . Not able to sleep for almost four days due to the tenant noise . They started making noise from 10 pm to 5 am . I would not recommend anyone for this flat .

Clean and close to all amenities

Bathroom extraction unit wouldn’t switch off I would recommend maybe a timer unit And maybe a clean in rear garden and maybe set of fold up chairs to sit on
