Pathetic

There is a beach near to the property

The location didn’t had parking space. No one came to help us with the luggage as there was no way for a car to enter.

Wow!

Very relaxing Place and nice people, near the best Beach of Varkala! Enjoyed the evenings really much and I defintely recommend swimming in the Night ;D

Exceptional

Convience of almost everything - ideal location,near to beach but private in a manner - cheap and value for money - host's and people who work here is quite great with guest that made us more comfortable and make us come back again

The location and friendly Host. Lots of lively people to meet and make the connect, fun filled place.

Washroom faucet non functional, there is no hot water to take shower.

Good areas to relax at the hostel. Great location only a short walk from the beach and cliffs.

Not good, but not bad!

The overall vibe of the place is positive and fun, however, the 4-bed female dorm is really congested and without proper ventilation facility or lighting. The best part about the hostel is the canteen cook, he is a star! All the guests and the helpers are sweet and helpful. If you are planning to stay here, do try surfing sessions with Blacky. To conclude, the room is not the best for the price paid but the ambience, service, friends you'll make and the good food make everything bearable.

It was all fine, I just expected more because of the photos online.

My room was clean, the location is good and the staff are lovely!

Property is not as in good condition as it looks like online. The outside area is quite weathered, the garden/grounds are a mess, shower pressure virtually non-existent.

very peaceful and natural hostel very confortable beds heads up to Khartik at the reception who is genuinely kind , and helpful if you need anything

Overhyped

Receptionist guys are not friendly and moneyminded. Rooms are not clean and no dedicated person to help you out

Staff were great. Location close to both South and North Beach. Lots of places to eat nearby. Rooftop area for doing yoga. Price was good for me. Sheets and pillow were clean and bed comfortable. A box to lock valuables.

I would prefer an air-conditioning option for female only dorm. It was so hot and the wall mounted fans went all night and were noisy.

Staff were nice and very helpful.

Shower in my room didn't work. So had to use another in different dorm. The pictures are a bit outdated.

Very good

The location is good- not too far from the cliff/ beach, but still peaceful. It's a large space with lots of trees and dogs- great to unwind between spurts of work.

The room was a little small for the number of bunks (plus storage chests, which are not so easy to stow/ pull out) and it would have been nice if the kitchen was a little cleaner. But still usable and really nice that there was a kitchen!

Very good

I found a really nice and international situation at coral&cliff where I could share talks and experiences with other travellers, ocean it's 5 mins walk and you have everything accesible from here.

Its cery nice and cozy! There's loats of places to exercise and do yoga a nice little cafe to hang out with others! The beds are confortable

Worst experience

The worst I ever had

This is by war the worst experience I have ever had in any of my travels.there is no help for luggage or even to open gate for car. The room was not properly cleaned. It was stinking moisture. The bed is so old that we got back pain in one night of stay. There is no ambience or cleanliness. They don’t have the basic sense of hospitality. And being a hostel doesn’t mean you will not your guests with politeness. Absolutely unacceptable experience. Not worth a penny.

Karthik and vikas both are welcoming guys ! Suits for group of friends Very near to cliff and you can enjoy your stay with people you like . It's neat and clean

Atleast they would have had hot water options for shower They would have had generator or inverter for power. These are throughout our experience in our kochi varkala trip , may be its usual in these areas..not so sure . Apart from these two things everything else was cool.
