About this condo rental
Nestled in Wildwood Crest, this charming condo for R 2,725 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Summer Sands Condo - Ocean view, fireplace Off-Season - 2-night min./ In-Season 3 night min. and Memorial Day Weekend Beautifully renovated and furnished one-bedroom condo with an ocean view of the Wildwood Crest beach. Our unit is located on the 4th floor, allowing for an outstanding view, and is around the corner from the elevator for easy access to the unit. Quartz countertops, gorgeous floors, and a 50-inch television in the living room with free internet access. There is a crystal fireplace to add ambiance to the unit especially during the winter months or for a romantic getaway. The bedroom has a queen bed, a single bed, and a convertible ottoman, which converts to a single bed when needed. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Condo unit will sleep 6, 4 adults comfortably. The unit is assigned its own parking spot close to the elevator. This is a smoke-free, pet-free condo, and one renter must be 25 years or older. ***You will need to bring sheets and towels*** Summer Sands is a beachfront condo complex with two heated pools with kiddie area, six barbecues, and five community use sun decks with chairs, umbrellas, sun longueurs, and tables. These amenities will be available for use in May through mid-September. There is also a coin-operated laundry room for your convenience, which is located around the corner.

This is our second time staying in this condo and we give every aspect of it 10/10.

My husband and I enjoyed our off-season mini-vacation in Wildwood Crest. Mild weather, no crowds, no traffic. The condo was great, it had everything we needed and was conveniently located. The unit was clean, well organized and comfortable. Off street parking was safe and easy.
We are getting better at navigating the area and finding restaurants that are open off-season.

We loved our stay! This is a very clean and cozy condo with a beautiful view. It was the perfect spot for our family vacation. We especially loved the view and the easy beach access. The parking spot was great. It made it easy to unload and load all of our beach stuff. We also loved the swimming pools. Both pools are great and easy to get to. We used the pool in the very front of the building because it had more shallow sections for our 5 year old. This was a very family, friendly place to stay. Everybody we met was very nice. We cant wait to go again next summer!

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was quiet, the pool wasn’t crowded and it’s just a few steps from the beach. Something to mention that isn’t always thought about was the convenience of the parking spot. We could easily rinse our stuff off and keep it in the car for the next days beach trip. I do like how wildwood crest is away from the high traffic tourist areas. Everything was a short drive but was no problem.

It was so close to the beach. We could walk to the ocean everyday and watch the full moon over it every night. Parking was close. The kitchen was well stocked to have everything we needed for us to make the food we brought and bought. It was chilly when we arrived and we loved the "fireplace". The beds were so comfortable. It's a nice cozy little place! We're thinking about coming back next year and making our visit an annual event!

Came down for a wedding in the offseason. I was very lucky that I was able to find this great place to stay. Communication was often and consistent. I felt right at home, everything was so clean and there were no surprises. I would absolutely come back. Thanks for allowing me and my wife to stay!

We wanted a quick spring getaway to explore the area and bike any trails. To bike the boardwalks, we were able to bike directly from the condo. We enjoyed staying here very much.

We came for Cheer Competition at the Wildwood Convention Center which was 8 minutes from the condo. Owner was very quick to respond back to all messages. Would recommmend booking with Katherine

Wife and I just needed a place to stay while new flooring was being installed in our home. This rental was perfect for us. Half mile from our home, very clean and cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. Queen bed very comfortable. Unit is about 20 feet from the beach, so a terrific view.

...as the pictures showed and just what I needed. I loved the fireplace! I was pleasantly surprised to find a regular coffee maker along with the Keurig. I also appreciated the key pad for entry rather that a lockbox and key. Much more convenient to not have to deal with taking a key to the beach. There was a snafu with the sheets and towels, but that was corrected within 15 minutes of me sending a text to the owner. She also checked to make sure everything else was ok the next morning. I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend.

The condo was just as described and matched the photos posted. We have rented several different units at this complex throughout the years, but this unit was one of the most well equipped. The owners graciously provided linens as well as extra paper towels, garbage bags. In addition to the view of the ocean, little touches like these made our stay even more enjoyable!

We had a wonderful time at the Wildwood Crest! This condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was very easy to get to the beach and the 2 pools were also great! It was within walking distance to bike rentals, playgrounds, and an amazing splash pad that our little ones loved! The hosts were great with communication, as well!

Amazing stay!
My husband and I really enjoyed our baby moon getaway! The condo was super cute and clean. We are very nervous about COVID, but this was the perfect place to stay to calm our fears. The location is awesome, great views of the beach, and the whole process was smooth and easy. We can’t wait to come back some day!

Small, cute condo by the ocean. Very cozy with an electric fireplace. Went during winter season, so quiet and relaxing. Coin laundry was convenient and handy located by the elevator on same floor as condo. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
