Perfectly located to explore Todos Santos. Rooms were spacious, water pressure and temperature in shower were great. Rooms are spacious and beds were comfy. The pool and hot tub was a plus. Owners and on site staff were all friendly and solicitous. Lots of art galleries, shops and wonderful restaurants nearby. Be sure to dine at El Mirador and if you love seafood, Oystera is a must-do. We will be back!

Very nice place, two or three years old and in the center of things. Very walkable location, close to restaurants and bars. The underground parking is very nice, and while the town is quite small, a car is great to get to the beaches which are about 20-30 minute car ride away. The sun never shines on the unit so in January and February it is pretty cool inside, but that is probably a big plus in the summer.

The Condo is close to everything in down town Todos Santos, so we could walk everywhere. (But be mindful, the sidewalks and streets are treacherous with uneven or broken pavement.) We got a wonderful taste of the restaurants and culture. There is much to see and do in Todos Santos and surrounding area.

The property is in a great location, close to all the restaurants and shops in Todos Santos. It was comfortable for my mom and me and it would have comfortably fit two more people. It is situated near the pool, which is a lovely place to hang out - we almost had to ourselves whenever we went! It felt very safe and secure since there is always someone around. The property manager was very responsive. I am sensitive to noise when I’m sleeping and although there was activity outside, the bedrooms are well insulated and keep most of the noise out - I was able to sleep just fine! If you are sensitive to light at night you might want to bring an eye mask since the AC unit is bright. (It’s possible that it has a dimming feature and I didn’t look for it).

We are all very happy with this VRBO property. Owners and the team were very responsive and answered all of my questions very quickly. The property is clean and very comfortable. And best of all, the location is perfect. We had a great time and will be back for sure.

The 2 bedroom condo was perfect size for my daughter and me; loved the decor and each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. It was so nice to wake up and make our coffee in the kitchen, enjoy our morning on the patio and make our snacks and drinks in the afternoon. The market and fruit/vegetable stand were only a short walk as well as lots of other shops. The staff kept the pool area and the lovely landscaping tidy, we enjoyed sunbathing on the lounge beds and cooling off in the pool. Our stay was wonderful and just what we wanted. Thanks Jackie

Location was great, condo was very clean and comfortable. Hot tub was not hot and pool was a little dirty. Loved Todos Santos!

Overall we were really happy with our stay, but there were factors that might be problematic for some (and not an issue for others). The Good/great - Todos Santos is a lovely town, which has more culture and restaurants and modern amenities than you would expect for a town this size. Much of the town has been updated and the streets paved. It IS a bit hilly, but that's great for the legs. And the coast is close. - The location in the middle of town could not be more perfect. We were able to walk to many restaurants and quickly found some favorites. - The host, property managers and staff at the building were all great - and the common areas were kept in great shape - plus the building is pretty new. - The unit was as advertised.and was in great shape. Very clean. Debatable aspects - The building and unit are built so that, at least in January, the pool area gets a lot of shade as does the unit. Given the tropical sun this could be a plus - I got mild sunburn sitting on the completely shaded private patio all day. And this likely helps keep things cooler in the heat. But there's not as much light as you would expect in sunny Mexico. We found we didn't mind this. - The one thing we did mind (and my colleagues on conference call noted) would apply to the whole building AND is outside of their control. There was what had to be a large chicken coop next door with a bunch of roosters that made noise off and on all day. I am used to this in more rural areas outside of Mexican towns, but was surprised in town. :-) All in all we were glad to have been there.
