A Brand new rustic cabin across from lake Champlain, to be rented in a country setting. The environment is quiet, peaceful and serene, lovely for a family getaway. Located across from beautiful lake Champlain!!! It is open all year round, perfect for all four seasons. Do you like to ice fish? Well this is the spot for you!!! Great for vacation fun by the lakeside, reminding you of days of your youth. An absolutely beautiful cabin made with natural wood finish. Plenty of parking!!! Ice fishing shantys for rent!! Boat Launch across the road from cabin!! Please note: Bedding and towels are not provided on this property.

Such a cute little cabin

We were here for a wedding and needed accommodations that allowed our dog to be with us. It was just what we needed for our trip. We had a little bit of a hard time finding the property but when we texted the owner, he was very quick to respond and even greeted us when we arrived. Would definitley reccommend!

Trever kept great communication with us and even escorted us to the cabin during some bad weather! The cabin was cozy and the area was quiet. Spacious porch, too bad it didn't have a lake view... limited kitchen utensils, so if you're a master chef, bring your own! :)

Trevor was very nice and helpful, and responded quickly by phone to any questions we had. This is a very funky Little cabin and I would definitely stay there again!

It was a great time. The view was lovely, the cabin seemed well put together, nice fire pit, picnic table, porch with chairs. There was even a space heater just incase but it was never needed. Although we were given very limited supplies that I thought would be more accommodating. We ran out of toilet paper in the one night we were there with no extra rolls, very little hand soap and dish soap that we had to use sparingly. I was told there would be fire wood to buy as an option and we did not find any. There was extra on the porch but again felt very limited. Overall it was great and would go again.

This place was a great choice. The owner communicated well, the cabin was clean, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I normally stay at my parent's house about 12 miles away but more family than usual was coming to visit so I needed a little extra room.

I rented this cabin so I could have a place to be alone while I participated in a 2.5 day meditation retreat over Zoom. It was perfect for that. Smallish cabin with a little kitchen area, bathroom, bunk beds, fouton, and table and chairs. I literally was in the cabin for most of approximately 70 hours and it was quite comfortable and quiet. The owner was very nice and accommodating and allowed me to check out a little later than normal because my retreat went past 11 am. I would definitely stay here again and hope to go up this summer with my boyfriend to go kayaking.

Great Staycation!!!
The cabin was clean, cozy, and just awesome for a weekend get away spot. We had a great stay with our dog. If you are a light sleeper, remember earplugs(with the night traffic of semi trucks). The owner is friendly and accommodating, he had the heat on for us in our cabin before we came it.
We also liked the local restaurant recommendations, parks, ect. on the fridge. Thank You so much for a great stay!

The cabin was easily accessible, clean and ready with everything as advertised. The owner was super accessible, friendly and so helpful in finding us a place to have dinner when most places were closed due to staffing issues. The lake access across the street is very nice. We would absolutely go back!

Great little cabins
These cabins are a great affordable option. They were a little bigger than I had thought based on the photos. Really nice location, and the property manager was incredibly responsive. Great all around stay!

Everything was fine, the only problem the address listed by Expedia was incorrect, the numbering was changed, but it was not changed in Expedia listing, because of that we have to bike extra 10 miles

Cozy cabin with a great spot for fishing
A great spot if you're into fishing and close to Alburg Sand Dunes. The fire pit is a great touch and we want to come back to rent an ice fishing shanty.

The cabin was beautiful. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Trevor is fantasic. Expedia needs to update their site. It lists the wrong address for the cabins
