Two balconies to enjoy! -----One faces North: a most beautiful view of the Ocean, the Beach, Banana River, Cruise Ships, Cocoa Beach, and rocket launches! -----Second faces West: another beautiful view of the Banana River, Coco Beach downtown, and beautiful sunsets! A beautifully decorated condo that is very spacious. This condo is so bright and cheery...a place to enhance your experience at the Beach! All furniture (seats 6 comfortably), beds (king, queen, 1 queen sofa bed), bedding, and linens are clean and sanitized. The dining room offers a table that comfortably seats 6 people, a bar that seats 4 and a kitchen that is well stocked. Three flat screen TV's & WiFi available throughout condo. Entire condo is tiled. Laundry Room with a full size washer and dryer and cleaning supplies. Beach items are not supplied by owner. Whatever is in the beach closet is what is left from previous guests. We do supply beach towels. We provide bath towels and linens for you to use smoke detectors We take pride in our cleaning, sanitizing and staging protocols. Sandcastles, one of the most popular Cocoa Beach vacation spots, is a beautifully maintained complex with a heated pool, hot tub, community room, lighted tennis courts, free parking and so much more! It is fully lighted and locked from beach access in the evenings for security. All stairwells and elevators require a code or key to gain access. Sandcastles is located within walking distance from popular restaurants and shops. Downtown Cocoa Beach is only a 20 minute walk & Historic Cocoa Village is only a 15 minute drive. The Pier and world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop is just a 5 minute drive. Come relax and enjoy! **NOTICE** There is major construction next door to the North of Sandcastles. This is a 3-4 year process. You will see and hear construction

If you are looking for a beautiful condo at Cocoa Beach that is fully furnished this is the place to stay. Both balconies offer beautiful views. Our family was able to see a space shuttle launch, sunsets, cruise ships, and the ocean. The kitchen was stocked with all appliances needed to enjoy meals. Linens including beach towels were provided. Spacious closets and drawer space. Our family will book this unit again if we return to Cocoa Beach!
Cons: we had an unusual smell in the unit which we notified the hostess Jennifer of and she addressed the issue right away.
Hostess Jennifer was amazing and responded to messages sent right away! She was quick to resolve any issues.

We had a wonderful week in Cocoa Beach. The condo was beautiful- great views of the ocean. Very relaxing stay and the owner was accessible when we needed her. (Major demolition at the property across the street was going on all week, but that was the only negative.) Located near a ton of awesome seafood restaurants and we hit the jazz club at Heidi’s- a favorite for us! Was great to be back at Cocoa Beach, and the accommodations couldn’t have been better! We highly recommend this property/condo.

Excellent location, two balconies to watch space launches and subsets. Jennifer( manager) was very accommodating. Well equipped kitchen and linens. Proximity to beach, pool, local restaurants.

A great place to stay. Exactly like the pics. Very clean and the host communicates very quickly and answers any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting to visit cocoa beach.

Perfect Family Beach Getaway
Ideal location with gorgeous view! Check in was easy, and communication was excellent. The condo was immaculate, beautiful, and had everything we needed for a week long stay. We loved the direct beach access (everyone returned home with the suntan to prove it!), and appreciated the beach supplies provided by the owner. The beds were super comfortable, and the area quiet at night. Our picky teenage girls put in a request to come back again - very high praise indeed.

We were in town for our son's baseball tournament. This unit was beautiful, very well-equipped, and Jennifer was very communicative and accommodating.

The property was very clean upon arrival. This is my second time staying at sandcastles because I love it here! So close to the ocean, great pool and hot tub, and a great neighborhood. We had some unfortunate events while on our stay. Jennifer took care of the problem the best she could and was very kind and easy to talk to! I would stay again.

This was our second consecutive December spent in Cocoa Beach, FL and this hotel property. With convenient access to the beach, The Kennedy Space Center, and less than hour to the Orlando theme parks, this location is the perfect location to 'take up shop'.

Not only was everything as described, but also the buildings and grounds were fantastic.. We booked the 7th floor north and west facing unit and although we were informed about elevator maintenance and offered a lower ocean facing unit, we kept the 7th floor. So not only did we get a great cardio workout 4 times a day, we also had a front row seat for the SpaceX launch. Jennifer is great and we are already planning a return in Dec.
