Absolutely BEAUTIFUL property which was big enough for the whole family. The house is flawless and extremely well equipped for grand feast preparations every day! Views of the ocean are spectacular and the grounds are lovely even in November.
Our stay and overall experience was wonderful and we would love to visit again in warmer weather!

This house is amazing. Very comfortable with great amenities ( ie: soaking tub with a view, great beds, well equipped kitchen). The location was perfect for us in that it is secluded but close to city and activities. Views are great from the decks. We watched seals and eagles every morning while we sipped our coffee. We will stay here again every time we are in the area.

We were looking for a chill spot for six adults on the Bay of Fundy with a great view and boy did we find it! The deck provided excellent viewing for the occasional bald eagle flyby, seals ( they almost appeared white), dolphins, sea gulls, and blue herons. Plus one morning when the foggy conditions cooperated we enjoyed a spectacular sunrise. We were met with some nice chocolates, a welcome sign and other gifts— a nice touch from Karen. Plus you can buy some gifts displayed in the house ( money goes to a charity). Weather did not permit us to hike on the nearby shoreline trail but we did take an all day trip on the Fundy Trail ( check fog conditions before you go) to Hopewell Rocks. Also be sure and check out the fabulous menu at Lily’s Restaurant in St John. We loved the house and view and would recommend to anyone.

This was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had. We enjoyed having coffee and watching the tides ebb and flow from the deck over the water as well as just about every room in the house. One of the big advantages of this location is you can get to Nova Scotia via the Saint John Ferry to Digby, visit the Hopewell Rocks, Saint Martin and St. Andrew by the Sea (our favorite). The kitchen is fairly well stocked for any cooking you may want to do. Outside grill worked just fine as well. Nice sized fridge. We would stay here again if we come to the area.

My husband and I had a fantastic time at the Bay of Fundy Breeze. Karen is an exceptional host. The views were great and we saw seals, porpoises, bald eagles and deer.
The house is perfectly situated on the bay so you can see the tides go up and down.
We did the sunset at Black Beach , looked for whales at New River Beach and walked along the Irving Beach and park.
St. John’s is a 15 min drive away and easy to get around.
We highly recommend this house for a great vacation getaway.

We loved this house. Everything was perfect. Quiet, peaceful and serene. Wonderful to sit out on the back deck and the extra deck over the water with a glass of wine. We saw a lot of wildlife, including a family of Harbor Seals that basked in the sun below us.
Bed in master bedroom was oooohh so comfy! Luxurious linens as well. Cute step stool to get up onto the big mattress and topper, which my short self needed. Master bathroom looked like it belonged in House Beautiful. Loved the double vanity. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. Big windows looked out over the Bay of Fundy from almost every room. A/C worked well, and brand new washer and dryer. Sweet tooth was satisfied by the large box of chocolates and all the little chocolates by each bed. Even a small jar of homemade Blueberry Jam.
Can't wait to come back, and plan to book a much longer stay. Karen was really easy to communicate with, and loved meeting her and her husband. Do stop by the "Pumpkin Patch" for not just veggies, but meats, and ice cream!

Had a wonderful time, despite foggy, wet weather virtually all week. But location is wonderful and the rental house was spectacular, not to mention the live lobsters we managed to purchase (with proper cooking instructions!) from our landlady. Would return in a heartbeat.

This was our first trip to the Bay of Fundy area of Canada and it was 100% perfection. The home is so large, the outside is deceiving, because once you get in the house it has huge windows looking out over the water, totally open concept, and decks on the house with another deck down by the water. We enjoyed watching the tides come in and out from the decks.
The home owner could not have been kinder and more helpful. She guided us to beaches and activities for the kids to do in the rain, thank goodness!

This property was everything that we hoped it would be and more. Very quiet and secluded, except for the sounds of the sea (waves, birds and buoy sounds).
We loved the layout of the house and the privacy it offered to our kids when they wanted to have some time on their own to decompress.
Our hosts (Karen and Kenny) were amazing and very responsive to our messages…they even offered cooking tips when we decided to cook fresh caught lobster one evening.
I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and accommodating home to stay in.

The house was great. Kitchen was well equipped. You cannot put into words the view, it was incredible. Location was Close enough to St John but very quiet peaceful area. Owner was helpful and responded quickly. I would definitely stay again.

There is so much to say about our stay, we had a fantastic time. The property was exactly how it is described. Karen was amazing to communicate with, from check in, during our stay giving recommendations and check out. There was more than enough room for the nine of us that were staying here. The views, wow!! Wish our stay was longer, if we are ever back in this area we would stay again for sure. Thanks again for everything!!

Of all the VRBOs that we have stayed in this was the best. It didn't disappoint. We had three small families together for a sporting event and it worked out beautifully. The place was clean, spacious and had items one doesn't expect, like a heated towel rack in the bathroom. The sunrises were breath taking every morning. Karen was always in touch to make sure all was okay. Thanks for an amazing time. Our only issue was our stay was too short!

This was one of the best properties we have ever rented. The views were beautiful. Even though, it was wintertime and we couldn’t exactly sit outside for long periods of time, we all so enjoyed watching the various tidal patterns.The house was exactly as described. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and made cooking so enjoyable. Spice rack was a plus!!! And the soaking tub! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful house, clean, roomy, comfortable, well provisioned, very quiet and private, stunning view. Loved watching the ship traffic. The cruise ships were magnificent and well worth the drive into Saint John to see them up close, or to watch them arrive or depart. Gorgeous sunrises from the property, and gorgeous sunsets close by at Saints Rest Beach in Irving Nature Park, and at Black Sand Beach, both short drives away. Sitting on either of the decks was so peaceful, rejuvenating and interesting. Saw seals, porpoise, eagles, deer and waterfowl just about every day. The Bay itself was beautiful and ever-changing and the tides were magnificent. Karen was an excellent communicator and so helpful. I have rented a lot of properties in New Brunswick, and this one was special. Highly recommend.

One of my favorite places we’ve ever stayed, both inside and out. Karen spoiled us with lots of chocolate when we arrived, and had all the personal touches in each room. The main attraction is the view, and the deck overlooking the Bay of Fundy, both are spectacular to watch Sally and Stan the harbor Seals. Deer comes close to the house at night.
Beds so comfortable, and such a nice kitchen with a large spice cabinet. Highly recommend!

Our stay here was nothing less than fantastic. Nothing but positive things to say, from the cleanliness of the house to the great hospitality of the owners. The owners put in the effort to make sure their guests have a wonderful stress free stay. We saw seals, porpoises, deer, and American eagles ( there must be an eagle flight path there ).

We were impressed with all the supplies from spices to utensils, and cookware that were available to us. The cupboards were full of everything you could possible want. Dishes were attractive with a nautical theme as were a lot of the decorative items throughout the house. There was an excellent supply of high quality matching linens and each room was impressive because of the decor. Directions were clear as to dealing with garbage etc. The host contacted us upon arrival and checked in the next day to make sure we were nicely settled. She was able to give us suggestions as to where we might want to visit in the area. Overall,, an excellent experience.

Wonderful trip with my family! The views from the home are unreal, absolutely stunning! Being so close to the water is very rejuvenating,, we saw porpoise everyday, and deer in the front yard. This was the perfect spot to stay for our family wedding!! The ocean views are spectacular, the kitchen is very well equipped for entertaining family and friends, the rooms are tastefully decorated and the space is perfect for our gatherings!!! We had a most enjoyable stay. The brand new ramp was much appreciated and worked out well. My only issue was the master bathroom door was too narrow for my wheelchair (not sure about the other bathroom). We hope to come again and pack a walker for ensuite use. Thanks.

We were so happy with everything! The host was amazing. She communicated with us throughout, provided every little thing you could think of to make our stay perfect, included a cleaning fee so we did not have to thoroughly clean before we left, had laundry so we did not need to pack a lot, the ocean view was amazing (we saw a variety of birds, 2 seals and porpoises the very first day there!), the house was extremely secluded with a spacious yard, the beds were very comfortable, bathrooms large, and the open living room and kitchen was so comfortable and spacious for our family of six. We explored the nearby beaches during low tide, went on hikes, visited the nearby small towns, and loved the Bay of Fundy Trail Parkway drive. Well worth it!! Extremely happy and wish we had booked two weeks instead of one.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were out for a wedding and the venue was only 30 minutes away. The owners invited us to see their lobster boat, and let us see and hold the lobsters. My young neices and nephews were there and they gave them some great shells. The house is decorated with all kinds of knick knacks and they are all for sale the proceeds to help a hospice.
While in Saint John, we went glassblowing, and to St Andrews for whale watching. We also checked out the black sand beach not far from the property. I would stay there again if I come back to the area.
If you watch the sunrise you may see porpoises. I could spend hours just looking off the deck!
Karen was more than happy to help us with anything we needed. There was all the neccessaties we needed, soap, shampoo, curling iron, clothes iron, spices, and even some snacks!

First, the view is breathtaking, including the beautiful sunrise. We always wanted to visit, to "watch the tides" but never thought we could do it from the comfort of our living room and backyard. I'll tell you, it's the only way to witness the tides. High tide brings dolphins to watch, low tide brings the resident seal to rest on the rocks and lots of water birds fishing in the shallows. Very peaceful. Also, this is not just a rental house, it is a beautiful home. The living room with floor to ceiling windows and floor to ceiling wood is gorgeous, and there are nautical decor pieces throughout. This rental comes complete with all the comfort and conveniences of home, and then some you didn't even know you wanted or needed. Things like chocolates by the bedside, spa-like master ensuite with a view, books to read, games to play, smart tv, great wifi, and binoculars. There is also a fully stocked kitchen with good pots, frypans, lots of utensils, complete spice cupboard, garbage bags, condiments, etc. The owner said to make use of anything that was there. We didn't use much, but we replaced what we used, and left our food items knowing the next renter could use it. The location is very private but only about 15 minutes from any shopping. If you need a souvenir, there are many hand-crafted items for purchase, right in the house. No need to look any further. The owners were very nice people, and thank you for letting us stay an hour or so longer, when we found out our flight was cancelled. If you want to see the Bay of Fundy, we highly recommend this beautiful home. Thank you Karen and Ken!
