Enjoy BBQ's and a relaxing cold one on the fully enclosed covered back deck while the kids play backyard cricket on the expansive fully fenced lawn area. Enjoy also, the top deck with deck lounge to take in the view on top of the world while relaxing with a glass of wine or your favourite book. The Space: The house itself features a spacious open plan kitchen/ding and living which opens to an expansive deck area overlooking the back yard and nature reserve. There are three bedrooms, two with Queen beds and the third with a tri bunk ( double and single) A modern bathroom with bath tub and walk in shower. The toilet is separate off the laundry. All bed linen and towels are included. Just bring your beach towels. While this property is fully fenced which is ideal for bringing your fur baby along, we do need to know if you are. There is a $75 pet fee payable. Strictly no smoking or vaping. No parties. You’re welcome to use the fire pit between the months of April and Sept. please bring your own fire wood.
