Spacious 5 bedroom house with lake views. Enjoy the quiet in this nice suburban area of Miami only minutes away from City of Doral, Dolphin Mall, and Miami International Airport. Grab the Dolphin Express way a few blocks away and get to Brickell, Downtown, and South Beach in only 20-25 minutes! Very spacious, excellent for large groups of family and friends. Resort like community pool, along with exceptional views of the lake at the back of the home.

This stay was bad due to many reason. The house itself needs cosmetic work nothing serious. The pool in the back is kind of deep so we did not use it. The owner does not have a number and all communications was done through email our messages through VRBO.
Although the owner contacted me two days before my trip to get my driver's license information to speed up the check in process the information was sent at the very last minute when I arrived at the location. We had to replace the batteries in the key pad to keep it operational. We had to drive 30 minutes to get to most activities. The water in the house was cut off during my stay which caused my family to have to cut our vacation short and return to Alabama because we did not want to be placed in a hotel. We are know working on getting a refund due to the inconvenience caused plus the loss of grocery that we had purchased. I wouldn't recommend this home to anyone.

The property was not maintained or cleaned properly. There was not enough towels and washcloths for ten people, no silverware, light fixtures and refrigerator were dirty, water was cold in lower level bathroom, window in 4th bedroom broken, the fan in backyard broken, toilet tissue holder in master broken, ice maker didn't work, rugs in living room and bathroom were slippery. I feel like the issues that are brought up are not addressed.

This was a great accommodation for our family vacation of 10 people. Everything was to our satisfaction. The hosts were very responsive from pre-booking to the end of our trip. The house was clean, and there were enough beds and bathrooms for 10 people. The family room was great for watching movies and relaxing after a long touristy day. The private pool was a major hit with everyone including my 70 year old parents. The location was near a variety of food choices and grocery stores. It was about 40-45 minutes from South Beach depending on traffic. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This was my first time using a vacation rental. The property manager and I communicated by text. I always got a quick response. The property was just like the pictures and well stocked. We had a good time and would stay here again.

This house is in the worst condition I have ever rented. My 50th Birthday was ruined because of the horrible conditions of the house. The master bedroom was very hot. The owner asked that the AC stayed on 70 degrees but it was programmed to 76 at night. In the master bedroom the ceiling fan didn’t work nor did the ceiling light. I texted the owner & he said “ the fan was broken by the last guest” Crazy that he didn’t repair or replace it before taking my money. The master bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower. The upstairs bedroom with the balcony didn’t have a mirror in the bathroom, therefore my sister couldn’t do her hair and makeup. The other upstairs bathroom closet door was off of the hinges. The door was literally taken off and placed inside the closet. Several outlet covering plates were broken. The 3 bedroom upstairs with 2 queen beds didn’t have a TV.
Living room furniture was dirty & out dated and didn’t match the photos posted. The Living room TV had wires hanging down the wall. The kitchen refrigerator didn’t make ice and it had sticky dirty plastic all on the front of the French doors. The dishwasher was filthy. The patio door to the pool needs repair, it barely opened and the window was scratched and peeling off. The pool was very dirty and had cigarette buds inside the pool
So We didn’t swim.There is a iron fence broken in the backyard. It’s supposed to protect you from any alligators coming from the lake to the house. If you were in the pool there’s no protection. Some animal or a person can just walk in. The fence goes around the entire gated community and this house is the only one that was broken. The pool furniture was very dirty and the fabric was ten on the sides. The BBQ grill was rusty and in bad condition, if you lift the handle up then it doesn’t line up when you close it, it’s off centered so basically didn’t close and the heat looks like it won’t stay inside so we didn’t use it. Lastly the side iron entrance and exit gate to walk in & out for you to go walking the community was also broken. You didn’t need a key to enter or exit. Made me feel unsafe at night. This house is definitely not worth the daily rate that is posted.
I’m disappointed and embarrassed that i invited my friends and family to stay at this house.

They need to shut it down for a week or two and get the house repaired and get rid of the bugs and possibly bedbugs too. The location is good but the price & house does not match up. Fix the house! Fit the gate near the lake! Fit & paint the ceilings! Change those rusty & old vents! Windows, etc etc.. all cosmetic and can add value to the house!

No iron or ironing board no blender toilet holder broke shower squirted all over holes in the back of doors, but other than that it was ok
