Location was great on the lagoon and walkable to the ruins
No Wi-Fi at all anywhere on the premises, the pool was little dirty

Beaucoup de choses ne vont pas dans cet hôtel… ce qui rend le rapport qualité prix très mauvais. Pour le prix payé, il y a plusieurs choses vraiment inacceptables :
-le restaurant est une catastrophe. Le petit déjeuner continental consiste en 2 tranches de pain industriel toastées et un café ou un thé… le soir, la musique va beaucoup trop fort. Nous avons demandé de diminuer car nous étions avec des enfants mais le responsable, visiblement alcoolisé, n’a pas diminué le volume. Toutes les 30 secondes, il changeait de chanson et mettait le son de plus en plus fort. Il fumait juste à côté des tables (avec des enfants autour, c’est vraiment très désagréable!). La carte est très limitée et la moitié des plats n’est pas disponible… donc au final, il vous reste 3 ou 4 options (c’est dommage car ce que nous avons mangé était bon!!).
-ils ont été injoignables la semaine avant … nous avons essayé de communiquer avec eux et ils n’ont jamais répondu
-l’accueil, la réception, le personnel n’est franchement pas au niveau. Ils ne sont pas agréables et passent leur journée à parler entre eux sans faire attention aux clients.
-les chambres ont une odeur d’humidité très forte.
-l’intérieur de l hôtel n’est pas très propre / très net.
-il y a 8 transats pour un hôtel qui doit compter 20 ou 30 chambres… quasi impossible d’avoir une place. Dommage car la Piscine est belle et agréable.
-le wifi ne fonctionne pas.

Nice location by the lake, very friendly staff. Would recommend this to stay a night when visiting the ruins and cenotes. Pool was nice too.
Hotel was a bit overpriced, it has the feel of a luxurious hotel but a bit run down. Room was quite small. There were a lot of groups, so felt more like a group hotel.

Très bel hotel face au lac (ponton, attention crocodiles), au calme et à proximité du site archéologique, avec une belle piscine. Accueil parfait.
Le restaurant avec un choix très restreint et une cuisine moyenne (cuisson des pâtes à revoir et cocktails trop sucrés). Heureusement il y a plusieurs restaurants typiques à proximité.

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idyllique en bord de lac. Le coucher de soleil y était splendide!
Nous avons également pu profiter d'un bon petit déjeuner sur la belle terrasse avant de nous rendre à pieds aux ruines, accessibles en 10 minutes.
La chambre était très propre et confortable avec vue à l'arrière sur un jardin. L'hôtel n'ayant pas eu d'électricité le soir de notre arrivée, jusqu'au milieu de la nuit, le personnel nous a toutefois proposé de dîner avec ce qu'il était possible de produire !
C'était un excellent séjour pour une nuit, nous aurions toutefois apprécié un petit geste pour l'électricité qui nous a manqué durant près de 12h.

The lady at the front desk really helpfull and kind with us, doing her best to help us with everything.
Extremely comfortable bed with delicious sheets.
Nice and calm swimming pool, small part of Mayan ruins inside the hotel garden. And the posibilty to see a crocodile there. Nice terace with views to the “laguna” and tropical garden.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach, jedoch sauber, sehr ruhig gelegen. Im Innern des Areals hat es Liegestühle und ein Schwimmbad. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist optimal. Wir haben 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Zu Fuss können die Ruinen von Koba besichtigt werden. Tagesausflug mit PW oder Taxi nach Chichen Itza gut machbar, sowie Besuch von Cenote.
Die Auswahl der Mahlzeiten am Abend ist nicht sehr gross, jedoch der Koch zubereitet die Mahlzeiten mit Leidenschaft und schmeckt köstlich. Auch das Frühstück ist einfach, jedoch reichhaltig.
Hotel ist für uns auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.
Im See, gleich vor dem Hotel leben Krokodile.
Es droht keine Gefahr, wir konnten jedoch welche sehen 👍

Great atmosphere, nice staff, very close to the Cobá ruins and Cenotes
We paid extra for the room with a balcony to the lagoon - however, the pictures are deceiving: the balcony looks at the huge car parking area, not intimate nor nice. We paid for the breakfast, however, the waiter in the restaurant said we didn't, so we skipped - at check out, it turned out we were right and we got some money back - but only half, that was not a very nice move.

Great to have after public hours access to the cenote which is beautiful. Rooms are very comfortable
Breakfast was included but was poor quality-ie coffee was barely warm, bread (pikelets) were mostly too stale to eat.

emplacement idéal pour visiter les ruines de Coba, face à la lagune.
Hotel à l'abandon, à moitié vide. Acceuil assez désagréable avec commentaires déplacés. Juste quelques tables au restaurant. L'eau chaude n'était pas connectée, la douche était bouchée. Nous avons du reclamer des lampes de chevets, puis des rallonges electriques pour les connecter.
En plus du continental, nous avons payé 3 euros pour deux oeufs à la coque!
Quand je pense qu'avant c'était un super hotel du group Club MED... quelle decadence

Poolområdet var en smuk og rolig oase med palmer og andre planter. Værelserne var rigtig gode og hyggelige. Vi fik en mexicansk ret i deres restaurant og den smagte rigtig godt! Der fuldte madrasser og poolhåndklæder med.
Ærgerligt hele hotellet er i forfald. Bredderne omkring poolområdet var slidte og nogle af dem var i stykker.

Eine schöne, großzügige Anlage, die aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und daher ein wenig "aufgefrischt" werden könnte. Der Pool ist sehr groß und toll zum Schwimmen. Der gesamte Poolbereich ist auch sehr schön bepflanzt - auch hier wäre ein wenig Pflege nicht schlecht.
Die Zimmer sind eher klein und die Decken sehr niedrig. Kombiniert mit den niedrigen Fenstern ist der Eindruck damit beengend.

Un cadre exceptionnelle au bord du petit lagon, un accueil très sympathique une très bonne literie et un petit déjeuner copieux et bon et un patio paysagé avec piscine absolument splendide.
Un petit bémol c est la piscine qui est centrale et donc un peut bruyante lorsqu'il y a du monde.
Nous avons attendu 45 mn avant d'être servi au petit déjeuner pour le 2eme jour un manque de personnel évident.

Very peaceful location and vibe. We loved the architecture, the room and the swimming pool. The staff was amazing. We wish we could stay longer and hope to come back in the future. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay.

Super endroit et personnel à l écoute et disponible.
Déjeuner au prix excessif!! Nous sommes sortis pour en prendre un, d ailleurs on était pas les seuls à se le dire... le soir c est plus raisonnable en terme de prix.

Zeer onbeleefd en arrogant, gedurende 2 uur niemand gezien aan zwembad, bar of receptie. Bijna ook geen andere hotelgasten doch moesten tot 3 uur wachten voordat kamer beschikbaar was. S’avonds in bar gin tonic gevraagd, na 15 minuten wachten soort gin met spuitwater gekregen. Restaurant was niet open met vieze smerige afgeleefde keuken, houten planken rond zwembad waren rot en sommige doorgezakt. Volgende ochtend zou er ontbijt zijn doch was niets te zien van personeel of ontbijt. Alles was echt een ramp!

Pas d’eau le matin, fuite lavabo. En septembre (basse saison)= personnel du service le matin en détente, on a un peu l’impression de les déranger.

The breakfast need to be reconsidered and the service adjusted. Breakfast has been served without plates, and the juice was not a “real” juice as indicated.

Proximity to ruins and restaurants.
They kindly made a packed breakfast for us so we could get into the ruins for the 8am opening and eat inside the jungle after cycling around a bit.
Decking around pool needs updating. Place felt a little dead though no problem for us really as a family especially as we had the pool to ourselves.

Location was great.. 5 minutes away from coba ruins. Safe area and can walk to local stores where we purchased fruit and packaged cookies. Try the limonada at hotel.. yummy! Great pool and nice large towels. One small outdoor restaurant within 5 min walking.
Breakfast/coffee/tea was free but they did not
start till 7:30-8:00. Most tours pick you up at 7:00 to avoid the heat. Tours can be rough without breakfast or caffeine especially for our kids. Even at tulum ruins, nothing is open until around 10:00. Coba ruins there is no food/drinks. Floors in hotel are painted concrete.

Good location for the ruins
We paid 100USD for the bedroom, they gave us bad coffee, fruit and a burnt slide of toast each for breakfast, we asked for more bread and they said I had to pay extra, I said for a 100$ that I paid this breakfast is a shame,they only gave me another piece for the three of us.... disgrace!
I wouldn't recommend this hotel,not worth the money they charge.

The hotel is very pleasant,nicely decorated with a beautiful swimming pool in the middle with trees around. Easy to walk to restaurants and the arqueológica site.
Beds could be more comfortable. There is a TV but it has no TV to watch, cable nor Netflix.

The location and the pool were amazing. The sheets were soooo soft!! Very comfortable beds.
There was a recent change in personnel, so one of the receptionist could not offer reliable information about the nearby archaeological site or hotel amenities.
Because they did not have a chef, many of the food options in the menu were not available.
There were people in the pool after 9pm and were being very noisy; management did not called their attention.

Very nice hotel, beautiful swimming pool
They were renovating the kitchen, so it was a bit loud. Restaurant was open only for breakfast (but it was due to low occupancy)

All the pueblo had a problem of water and electricity. The staff changed our room the day after and gave us the possibility to take a shower and charge phones. Amazing staff and services.
