About this house rental
Situated in Lake Arrowhead, this lovely house for R 4,813 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Classic Arrowhead 'A Frame' style cabin with soaring ceilings and windows that display the gigantic, beautiful towering pine trees and natural landscape that these mountains have to offer. Remodeled, with central air conditioning (check with other cabins as most do not have air conditioning), this is not a business this is our second home and we have set it up to be the ultimate in modern, luxury and comfort. This home has an amazing game room that the whole family will enjoy! A full wet bar with flat screen TV mounted behind for the adults to congregate around and enjoy each others company that is adjacent to a built in and elevated pub seating area for playing cards, board games or simply hanging out with a good beverage. The game room also has a full size professional billiard table to complete the adult experience. The kiddos have plenty to enjoy in the game room and plenty of board games to keep them occupied and having fun. The game room opens up to the spacious driveway with 2 sliding glass doors so the kids can play basketball in the large concrete driveway or many of the various out door driveway games we supply. Your family will love it! Other amenities include 3 beautifully appointed and newly remodeled bedrooms and 2 remodeled bathrooms. Every guest will be comfortable with high end mattresses and sheets and a fully functional kitchen with all the utensils, pots and pans necessary to cook all your meals in and share an enjoyable time around our 6 person dining table. If you need more eating space you can always send the kiddos down to the game room to eat at the elevated pub table. We also have washer and dryer to stay on top of your wardrobe needs. Our location is a hop skip and a jump away from the Blue Jay area and just a bit beyond is the Arrowhead Village shops and restaurants. Can't wait for you to experience our home and the Arrowhead lifestyle.

This is my second year in a row staying at this amazing house. I love this location and how clean and organized the house is. Tim and Shawna are amazing host whom are super quick to respond and also very attentive to any issues or concerns. I was informed the driveway was plowed and the house ready before I checked in. We had the power go out for maybe 30 seconds and Tim was making sure everything was back online and working right away. I could not have asked for a better experience. My kids love the size of the driveway and how beautiful it is around the outside of the house. Big trees and a creek running along the side. We had planned to come with another family but in the end is was just my Wife and our two kids and it was so worth it. Just relaxed and enjoyed the views while the kids slept in the bunk beds and watched Jackie and Shadow on YouTube. I hope to return next year for another relaxing weekend in the snow.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Communication from the host was super good and helpful prior to arrival and during our stay. The cabin is super nice and my kids especially enjoyed the game room. Playing pool, cards at the card table and access to the massive driveway was awesome. It was nice for us to be able to relax and let them outside to play and not worry as the property seems fairly large. They went out back and there was a stream that runs from up the mountain through their backyard while it was raining. Overall, we love this place and will definitely stay here again!

This cabin was awesome. Very clean. Very cozy and comfortable. Had everything we needed. The only downside for our family was the staircase. We stayed with my one year old and my two year old so it was a bit difficult to keep the kiddos away from the stairs. Just the heads up if you are traveling with kids but if not… this place is amazing! The game room is incredible. We had tons of fun. The pool table was a party. The house is on 3 levels and the game room is on the very first floor away from everything so it was perfect. If anyone needed to sleep or what not the noise from downstairs would not bother. The property owner was very attentive and communicated well. Love everything about this place. Overall I would give this property 10/10.

I checked in with my family to give an honest review. The house was wonderful. When we arrived, the heat kicked on to a comfortable temperature. It was great to have a key code rather than worry about keys. The home was clean and the owners were so wonderful - checking in from time to time to make sure we were okay. This meant so much to us that they cared to know. We drove to town for any necessities we needed. Stater Bros market was in the village which was great. The great room is awesome with the kitchen, dining room and living room all together. The kitchen and upstairs bathroom could use better lighting. The living room sofa reclining capabilities are disabled so it's a bit uncomfortable trying to watch a movie when the TV is set so high up on the wall. First time our family played games of pool. It was fun. Beware of the string chair across the pool table by the windows. My son who is still recovering from a motorcycle accident fell right through the chair. The BBQ pit has three rows of burners but the middle burner does not work so it may delay your cooking time. The outdoor basketball net was a bonus along with the propane fire pit. We felt so at peace here. Overall, we would honestly give this home 4.5 stars.

This home was incredibly clean, well designed, and well-appointed. We found everything we needed. The owner is incredibly responsive to my inquiries and requests. The only category that I gave less than a 5 was for location and neighborhood. While both are great, this house does not have a view. If you want a view because you are up in the mountains, you will be disappointed, but not about anything else in this home!

Beautiful mountain A frame style house with plenty to do. We enjoyed the game room, pool table and basketball hoop. The kitchen is well stocked for making meals while you're there.
What we loved best was the neighborhood. Very close to Blue Jay Bay and Lake Arrowhead. What we didn't know going in, is Lake arrowhead is private and we couldn't swim in it. So we went to nearby Lake Gregory in Crestline and it was gorgeous for swimming and hiking. Our only complaint was the air conditioning couldn't keep up. The house was never under 80-82 degrees (we went in the Summer). It helped to keep the bedroom door upstairs closed at all times and put fans (many were provided) in the windows at night. We didn't tell the owners about the issue until we left, so they didn't have the opportunity to come check it out. I'm sure they will resolve the issue for future guests. We would love to come back in the winter.

I really can’t say enough wonderful things about this property. The cabin was absolutely beautiful. In a rustic setting up in the mountains, but the property was the perfect blend of modern and comfortable while also making you feel like you were out in nature. We came during the perfect week, so there was still snow on the property, but it was warm enough to play outside. We spent a lot of time at the close-by SkyPark and other outdoor adventures during our stay, but my husband and kids would have been happy if we never left the cabin. Loved having great appliances in the kitchen for cooking, perfect wifi reception for streaming music and movies in the evenings, and gorgeous scenery through every single window! So much light inside each room that it really added to the feeling of spaciousness. We will definitely be back!

My family and I had an amazing stay during the blizzard of 2023. I could not have asked for anything more than what I received from not only this amazing house but from the property owners as well. They not only had a beautiful home which was clean and well equipped, but they made sure we had everything we needed to remain safe and calm during the blizzard, the owner worked endlessly to make sure we had food and evertyhing we needed, get a plow over to the house to clear the driveway and explain how the generator worked just in case the power went out. I could not have asked for a better place to get stuck at. Both of our kids cried when we told them we had to leave, they also had an amazing time sleeping in the bunk beds, watching TV from bed and just enjoy the amazing view and walks around the house. I'm very fortunate I selected this house when planning my vacation and it made a bad situation (the Blizzard) almost non existent for us. I'm hoping to return soon to this amazing property.

My family takes a trip to Lake Arrowhead every year for my birthday. It was EXTRA special because the Chiefs are my football team. We look forward to our stay every year, and this Rental was the BEST we've stayed in. It is beautiful! Modern, yet cozy like a cabin, the scenery is amazing and the rec room is fun for all ages. Our family is growing so we might not be able to return since it is for max 8 adults, but I highly recommend this property. The host are great and responded to my messages quickly and politely. Best vacation weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is in excellent condition, super clean and comfortable. Warm, cozy. The kitchen is well equipped and the kids really enjoyed the game room. We got snow during our stay, which was great, and the owner was very responsive, answered all our questions promptly and there is a plowing service that comes and lets you drive out really easily. We’ll be back for sure.

The property was exactly as pictured, very clean, spacious, comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything we needed.
The host was very patient and helpful when I was having trouble getting my check-in instructions because I mistyped my email address during the booking. He did everything he could to make sure things were sorted out. I greatly appreciated his help as I know it was not part of his responsibility.
Highly recommend this cabin, we hope to come back in the summer and stay a little longer.

We stay at this cabin year after year. The game room downstairs really makes our stay special! All the family can be together while enjoying all the board games, or shooting pool. The living room is very spacious and the view is really amazing with the huge windows inviting all the outside nature in. We look forward to staying here again and again.

Visited for a few days after New Years. Beautiful house, extremely clean. Bathrooms and kitchen feel new. Great bedrooms and well laid out. Pool table was fun. TVs/oven/heat worked great. Very comfortable and nice, quiet neighborhood in the forest.

We loved our time at this mountain get-away! Clean, cozy, beautifully updated and conveniently located, this place has it all. The rooms were well-situated for our family of four (2 young adult children). The basketball hoop and Game Room - complete with billiards + corner booth - offered hours of fun ! We loved returning “home” after a day of play on the lake, trails and around the village, and preparing meals was a joy in the stocked kitchen. The owner/property manager was responsive and thorough with communications. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect place for a family getaway from the city. The place is nice and updated and has all the amenities we needed for a family of 6. Beautiful Home in great location
My family and I enjoyed our long weekend at this beautiful home in lake arrowhead. Plenty to do in the house alone with the game room and the smart TVs.
Everything you needed was provided in the home and the great location made it easy to get some snowboarding and tubing in during our stay.
Would definitely recommend for any families or groups of friends.

Great getaway!
This property has it all! The game room was the hangout spot for my kids and my older parents. We all enjoyed the spacious layout of all the common areas. This house really pulls the outdoors in with all the glass windows and doors. We would definitely love to stay here again.

The host was so nice and prompt to respond. The home was beautiful, a really well done renovation. Everything was easy and functioned well. We even had a white Christmas. Their driveway slope is perfect when it snows. We had so much fun sledding. And the event that topped it off, the host send a snow plow to clear the driveway when we needed to leave. Saved us a lot of shoveling.
