Is your body sore after spending the day at the slopes or hiking through the scenic trails? Don't worry; the jetted tub in the main bathroom is exactly what you need. Skiers and snowboarders looking for quick access to a ski mountain will be happy with this condo since it's located less than a mile from Quick Draw Express Ski Lift, which will take you to the summit of the local ski resort. Head just over 21 miles south to Winter Park Resort for a larger-scale mountain. When the weather warms up, you can hike on the Upper Trail to West Peak - the trailhead is only one and a half miles from your front door. If you want a more relaxing vacation, drive two and a half miles to the Granby Ranch Golf Course, where you can go through each hole on the greens at your leisure. Downtown Granby is home to several restaurants and shops that can be enjoyed at any time of year and is only five miles away. COMMUNITY AMENITIES -Hot tubs -Chairlift -Grilling and picnic areas THINGS TO KNOW This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. Restrictions for pool use are in place. Instructions will be sent to guests. Building, maintaining, attending, or using an open fire, including grills, either in a campground or private residence, is not allowed. No outdoor fires unless it is gas and can be turned off. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Everything we needed and more than we expected. So many welcomed touches. The views were stunning! This is an end unit, and the photos don't don't due justice to the mountain views. The balcony faces West for sunsets. We would definitely return!

I was impressed with the rooms and the set up of the place. It felt like a warm cozy home and we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves.

Pros: lots of kids games that were fun. Our family loves games!
Cons:
-Carpet is very old and smells. Sign says “please take your shoes off” but there’s no way I would walk barefoot.
-Tub drains slow leaving a puddle while taking a shower.
-No washing machine. For the price point and the fact that you only have so many towels to use for the week…you have to have a working washing machine.
These three things are deal breakers for me and made our experience uncomfortable.

This place is extremely beautiful, it’s a place where you can feel like at home and even at your own kitchen. The check in and out was fast and easy without trouble. The views from here is breathtaking. We would love to give a 10 out of 10 to this place but unfortunately a large family traveling with children, it’s a must to have access to a working washer and dryer. In this case the washer was out of service which was disappointing because when you look for a vacation home rental, a washer is necessary. We recommend this place but keep in mind you won’t be able to wash your clothes unless is fixed.

Bronco 301 was clean and comfy and had everything we needed for a nice stay. We loved the location (within a couple minutes from Granby Ski Resort). There was not a ton of hot water, however we just cycled our showers and it wasn’t a problem. Kitchen was fully equipped. Plenty of extra blankets and even fans for the warmer upstairs bedrooms.

Don't be fooled by this picture. This is not a single cabin, there are at least three other units attached and it is a townhome. We dindn't have hot water and when we called, we were told that the whole building did not have hot water. Then we talked to our neighbor and they HAD HOT WATER. After many calls, nothing was ever done to remedy our cold water situation. Vacasa did refund a small amount after several long calls and many hoops. NOT Recommended!!!

This house was really nice and clean. They provide just about everything you would need. We didn't get to stay here our entire reserved dates due to there being no hot water. There are a lot of dishes and pots and pans which really came in handy for boiling water so our kids could atleast take a bath. But Vacasa eventually moved us to a different place. The area is really quiet and relaxing. There is even a few hot tubs near by.

We appreciated the closed in loft that provided an additional bedroom and kept us close to our kids (vs. similar units that have an open loft which poses a fall risk for our young children). The kitchen had everything we needed, extra linens provided and games to keep the kids occupied when not on the slopes. The windows in this unit are stunning. We will absolutely return to this unit.

It was nice but the closet Rod in the spare bunk bed room fell off when are clothes were hung and the bathtub took a long time to drain. But it was a wonderful stay and a beautiful home!

Family of 5 enjoyed the house. Found it to be very comfortable, clean and quiet. Three minute drive down the mountain to the ski lodge. Looks to be a slope within 7 minute walk of home that would allow you to ski down to the lodge and back again from the top of the mountain during peak season. Would return again.

Coulda been a little bit cleaner.
I loved the view of the surroundings . Everything about the house was a lil under satisfactory,, especially the cleanliness. Upstarts portion of the house was kind of a mess , beds looked like they were slept in before our arrival. Upstairs bathroom dirty , toilet dirty , bathroom heater dirty , ceiling fan full of lint , Downstairs sofa couch cushions looked like they've never been moved, found lots of trash in and under the cushions.

Granby Ranch
Very nice area! I took my family on a summer getaway and this accommodated the six of us nicely. The unit we stayed in was nice with just a few small issues ( burnt out missing light bulbs, dirty gas grill, no washing machine, and No pool/extra towels). All in all it was a nice stay and I would definitely bring my family back!

Blessing in the Mountains
I loved every inch of the home and the grounds. the home had everything I needed brought our own groceries and felt right at home. on a personal not my personal isnt as grand as this lodge, this experience helped me to appreciate what I have and to truly to be thankful when treats like this happen. my twins had a blast, looking forward to staying again soon.

Very clean and beautiful view
We enjoyed staying here and loved the location and view. The only thing that was disappointing was the washer was not working and we were not notified of this before coming. Thankfully the dryer still worked. The check in was super easy and the check out was easy as well. The condo was very clean.
