お部屋が広く使いやすい
夕食の料理が雑，おいしくない，蛍光灯で，お刺身の色も悪く見え、鮮度も良くない感じ、色々な旅館ホテルに泊まっているが1番悪かった。

温泉の質が良かった、洗い場の椅子が引くなかったので座りやすかった、食事は美味しかった
部屋によってベッドの高さが違う。
親族10名で3部屋借りたが、3部屋全て高さが違っていた。年寄りには身体の状態に合わせて、高さが欲しい場合と逆の場合とあると思いますので、高さが選べるとありがたいです。
後、フロントの女性はもう少し愛想が必要。

温泉のお湯がとろっとして、肌がすべすべして良かったです。露天風呂もお湯の温度が適温で、眺めも良かったです。
連泊しましたが、清掃が毎日入り、清潔だと思いました。
お料理も美味しかったと思います。
ベッドの高さが部屋によって違うらしかった。利用した部屋はベッドの高さが少々低く、筋力が衰えていたり大腿骨を悪くしている高齢者だと、立ち上がり辛かった。
高齢者は夜中にトイレに立つことが多いため、意外とその部分の不便さは際立ってしまった。

お風呂場に予備のタオルあればいいと思います。

The onsen was fantastic and the rooms were really spacious. There were water servers close to the elevator for cold water
There was a wait to enter the breakfast restaurant, despite it being a cafe

hotle room quite old, some rooms have no air conditioner.

Dinner: The main dish is not good 🥺they did not ask me to choose for the main dish.
