素晴らしいホテルでした！とにかく清潔、また利用したいです。

・部屋が綺麗な上に広い ・館内のBGMが素敵 ・一階入り口を入ったところの香りが本当にいい香り （ホテルさん、よかったら教えてください） ・ロビーでのドリンクラインナップも王道揃い ・YouTubeやネットフリックスを部屋の大画面で見れる ・ドライヤーやアメニティ類も良いもの揃い ・駅から近い

・大浴場が少し狭めなので、時間帯によっては混む

きれい、おしゃれ、シーツが気持ちよくて寝やすい。

パソコンを使える広めの机があれば良かった。

This was a very new hotel so the decor looked modern and clean. The staff were friendly and considerate. Wish we could have stayed longer to try the other amenities ( free communal bath and free snacks!)

The heating as you enter the building was super hot when we were there ( Feb in winter). And the only other negative was the dryness of the room ( the humidifier usually runs out of water by the time we wake up)

1階にコンビニがあり便利、大浴場が気持ちよい、ラウンジが広くて綺麗で過ごしやすい、無料サービスも沢山ありお得感がある、お部屋も清潔感があり、館内音楽もクラシック音楽で落ち着くし大満足です。

朝食が他店のように種類を選べるともっと良かったです。

Good location, room size was good, great having a convenience store attached, staff and checkin was easy and fairly easy to get around walking or with Suica card.

全館バッハのBGMで最高！ お部屋で聴けるのも良い。

Vom Sendai Bahnhof ist es ein Stück zu Fuß, aber trotzdem gut zu erreichen! Das Zimmer war geräumig mit großer Fensterfront und schöner Aussicht auf die Stadt. Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Bad war top ausgestattet. Man kann den Fernseher mit seinem eigenen Netflixaccount verbinden, das war sehr bequem. Im 1. Stock (EG) gibt es einen Convenient Store, perfekt für die schnelle Versorgung. In der Lobby spielt manchmal jemand live Orgel, das war sehr schön.

Der Aufzug bleibt immer erst im 7. Stock (Lobby) stehen und fährt dann weiter. Ich verstehe, dass man überprüfen will, wer aus- und eingeht, aber trotzdem auf Dauer nervig.

有公共浴地真的很棒，喜歡在浴池洗澡和泡澡 地點離仙台車站要走大約7-8分鐘，在沒有推行李的情況下散步非常舒服，也不會覺得遠，房間在同價位的飯店中算大間的了，整體而言喜歡，下次再訪仙台還會再訂。

回程要推行李去車站的時候剛好遇到下雪，在微積雪的地面推行李走這一段路真的很痛苦。

音楽をモチーフにしたインテリアなどが珍しく素敵でした♪ また、部屋にはBluetoothでつなげるスピーカーが置いてあり好きなアーティストの曲をかけて過ごせてとても満足でした。 また、枕が柔らかい物と硬めの物が置いてあり好みによって使い分けることが出来たのはポイントが高いと思います。

ベット周りにもう少し小物を置くスペースがあったら尚良かったです

駅からのアクセスがとても良く、綺麗で清潔、快適でした。 大浴場が、広くて使いやすくて良かったです。ラウンジでのドリンクサービスやお夜食サービスも美味しく、利用させて頂きました。

Entire hotel look new, comfortable and clean. Hotel staff able to communicate in english. Even though it was not buffet style, breakfast was really delicious and filling (i tried both Japanese and western). They also offer free drinks and snacks + live piano in the afternoon and evening, so it was really relaxing to chill at the lobby after a long day out.

３人で泊まった時のトリプルルームが快適、朝食はバイキングじゃないけどひと手間かけていて嬉しさがこみ上げる

大浴場の脱衣所の海外の方の使い方

銀婚式の旅行で4連泊しました。最上階の南東の角部屋を用意してくださり、景色も設備もサービスも最高でした。秋保温泉の日帰り入浴に行って来たのですが、施設で借りると300円タオル代がかかるので、ダメ元で「ホテルのタオルをお借り出来ますか？」と聞いたところ、快く貸して頂けました。 お部屋の掃除も完璧でした。また仙台に行った際には必ず利用させていただきます。

The hotel staffs was friendly. I really liked they have afternoon teas and snack time during the day. It allow to sample taste some of the local treats. The Japanese breakfast is a must try if you have not had a traditional Japanese breakfast before

Короче, с утра я спустился за кофе в лобби, и там сидела девушка и играла на органе! НА ОРГАНЕ! Настоящем! В лобби отеля! Они отрабатывают музыкальную тему на сто процентов.

There are free snack and drinks at the lobby almost all day long. Room is comfortable. There is convenience store on the first floor. Location is walking distance to JR Sendai.

Laundry machine in laundry room are quite old using only coin. It would be better if it can track the progress online and paid by IC card.
