Cleanliness, welcoming staff and friendly security and close to the beach

The apartment itself was exceptional. Few things off there and there But things that can be overlooked Apartment is such a beaut. Exactly as is on the site

The flat itself was a nightmare What's on the picture via Booking.com and what we arrived too, my God.

The apartment was spacious and very close to amenities

The building is literally falling down and infested by cockroaches. It's a student Accommodation and passages are dark and dodgy. Can't recommend it for a holiday or kids....

Customer service , location, room space and cleanliness

No air-conditioner or heater

Apartments was beautiful and looked exactly as advertised

We experienced problems while trying to check in also when checking out, we had to stand hours in the reception. This is because of poor management and communication between bencorrum and Emakhosini staff😡

the building was bad not to mention dirty windows and their bathroom was and kitchen was bad

the building was old and there was a bad smell there of cigarettes

We waiting 40min waiting for the key to check in

I managed to check in early and the host was very friend, the linen was enough, the unit was spacious

There were a-lot of cochroaches, damage to the panel in the main bathroom which is dangerous as I was travelling with my children

The manager arranged internet for us as a service and did his best to help us with all the issues we faced in the apartment.

The apartment looked like a dump, with so much overdue maintenance. The cupboards of the kitchen cabinets fell out, the door to the bathroom nearly fell out, the toilet did not flush, the laundry machine did not work, mold everywhere, etc.etc. The second day there was no electricity at all. We were eventually moved from a 4-bedroom apartment to a 2-bedroom apartment, without any compensation. There we kept finding cockroaches, disgusting. The neighborhood is awful, did not feel safe. There was a notice in the elevator about a drug bust in the building previously, and it felt exactly like that type of building.

The apartment was not clean,the taps were not working properly as well as some doors. The kitchen utensils were not enough provided we booked a family apartment,there is no oven,the kitchen unit smells soo bad that you cant even put your food inside. In thr TV area there were not enough couches and the parking is soo small. The worst apartment in my experience.

Owner was exceptional because we checked in before time He gave a very great customer service and made us feel welcomed and the place is Spacious and comfortable and quiet as we were traveling with kids.

There are some maintenance issues that needs to be sorted out,

The accommodation was exactly as advertised and it is next to the beach and Spar super market

The lift had a problem and we had to use stairs which was very tiring
