Perfect location, airport noise is NOT an issue (surprisingly). Beach is super and < 5 minute walk. Can walk to great beaches, bars, casinos or Uber to Old San Juan or beyond. Or rent a car and use the convenient parking space.

This place was an amazing find. The beautiful beachfront condo had amazing views of the beach (Isla Verde) as well as the city (San Juan). Two separate bedrooms, each with a full bathroom accommodated our family of five. Tastefully tiled with modern interior decorating made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Would definitely stay again.

Our family loved the place! On the beach with beautiful views from every room. Everything was walking distance, including some restaurants, CVS (across the street) and a grocery store (Pueblo). The hosts were very responsive to all our questions and provided several great suggesions on things to do which our family enjoyed. We would love to be back and will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.

The condo is in a great location, on the beach and close to a lot of good restaurants. And a very quick car ride to Old Town. The condo came equipped with everything needed for an extended stay. It was extremely clean and comfortable and safe. The hosts were very quick to respond and helpful. I would recommend this location/host to anyone visiting San Juan and our family will book this again.

This was a perfect condo for our family. It is very spacious- big bedrooms and both with a very nice en-suite. Plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The balcony was a great hang out to view the beautiful water and beach. The beach area is large and very clean. The condo itself was also very clean and came with all the beach necessities such as towels, chairs, umbrellas, games. Air conditioning worked great. Would highly recommend and we certainly plan to stay there again on our next visit.

The condo exceeded our expectations and is in an excellent location. Close to the airport but we never hear the planes. Plenty to do within walking distance. The beach was incredible and the water was at the perfect temperature.

We stayed at the Coral Beach Condos in Isla Verde, Carolina, and it was an excellent choice. The condo was very clean and modern. The views were amazing, and the hosts were so helpful. They were in constant contact with us prior to arriving, and they provided everything we needed while staying there. We had a washer and dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, and a football for the beach. Juli and Richard also provided us we a welcome book that had suggestions for local area restaurants. The property is located right next to the Royal Sonesta Hotel, The Fairmont El San Juan Hotel, and a short walk over to the Ritz Carlton. We had access to all these hotels for food and shops. The beach was super clean and steps from the condo. Juli and Richard even provided a cooler for our refreshments. The Coral Beach Condo was a short 10 minute drive from "La Placita," and a 15 minute drive from Old San Juan. The condo was awesome, the location was "Prime," the Hosts are super friendly, and my family can't wait to come back. We got a "Super Deluxe Suite," for a fraction of the price when compared to the nearby hotels. We will definitely be contacting Juli and Richard when we return to La Isla Del Encanto.

This was a perfect condo for our family trip. Location was great to walk to places, however we did rent a car so we could explore more. Julie answered any questions or concerns I had during our trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic condo - right on the beach! Lots of great info provided by the owners on restaurants/things to do that was extremely helpful. Everything we needed for the beach was there (chairs, umbrella, body boards, sand castle pails, etc) Had a problem with one of the AC units going out, but Richard got it taken care of as quickly as possible and stayed in touch with us the entire time. This was one of the best condos we have stayed in.

The condo was a great location and exceeded our expectations. It comfortable fit all 6 of us. The condo was beautifully updated and well stocked for the beach, including chairs, beach towels, games and a cooler! The view is better than pictured. The hosts were extremely responsive and had the best suggestions for food and tour guides. Just recommended it to a friend.

Our stay was awesome. It really felt like being home. I really appreciate all the things the apartment already had that made our stay easier. Things like sun block, cups, salt, balls, beach games, ice chest, etc... It makes a huge difference. Plenty of towels as well. The place is super comfortable because there are no bulky furniture or extra stuff that is not needed. We would definitely consider it again if we come back. The view was fantastic, the beach was great as well and we didn't lack anything during our stay.

We loved our stay in Puerto Rico. The condo was just as advertised, spacious, very clean and right on the beach. It was perfect for me, my husband and 2 adult children. Appreciated that all the beach gear (towels, beach chairs, etc) were available. Juli was a great host, she made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. Pool is large and clean but has no shade. Beach is wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. It was nice having beach chairs and accessories. Rent a car and visit different parts of the Island, rain forest, dry forest, Boqueron. Host was helpful with me injuring my ankle on the second day and not being able to walk the rest of the week.

This condo is on a beautiful beach and so conveniently located close to the airport but you would never think you were near an airport!! Many restaurants in walking distance, fantastic communication with hosts and the property is just as listed. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Beds were so comfortable and the view, spectacular! It was so nice to have an outdoor space to have your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail and watch the sunset. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

First time in Puerto Rico. Our host was so pleasant to communicate with. She gave a list of top attractions, restaurants, and sites to see while we were there. She responded right away and check in was a breeze! Beach chairs and toys were provided. Location was beach front and the water was crystal blue. Besides the few days of rain we had it was a great family vacation. We hope to visit again some day!

The property was easy to locate, secure, well-run and friendly. Traveling with 2 teens, I wanted to be sure our location was easy to navigate and the condo would meet all our needs. This property was perfect with enough room and all the needed items for cooking and enjoying the beach and pool. Check-in was easy and the hosts provided great information on local restaurants, stores and activities. We appreciated the care and concern that Juli provided throughout our stay. The hosts even left a gift bag with grapes for each of us to celebrate the New Year and observe a tradition by making our wishes for the year! The fireworks on the balcony on New Year's Eve were just spectacular. This was a great location, condo and hosts - we will look forward to returning very soon!

What a wonderful stay — We would give it 6 stars if we could. Fantastic location with all amenities within a block walk (stores, restaurants, local welcoming bars, etc — even a casino if that’s your thing). The condo has stunning views of the beach and nightly sunsets, and is right on a beautiful beach (not too crowded). It’s also super convenient to head into old San Juan or over to Fajardo for water activities like kayaking and snorkeling. Apartment offers modern vibe and every need is taken care of. Juli and Richard were proactive to reach out and ensure we had everything we needed, with helpful suggestions for activities. The advance material made arrival and departure a breeze. We look forward to a return visit some day. Thank you for helping to make it such a memorable trip for our family!

It was in a convenient location, 6 minutes from the airport & walking distance to great food & entertainment. Julie was a great host always in touch with us checking on our stay. Amazing location! Fantastic property!
We spent 5 days here and it was wonderful. The beach access was very secure and right out the door. The building is very secure and in a great location to several restaurants. The owners made sure we had everything we needed and were very way to get a hold of. Not that we needed anything because everything was perfect!

San Juan is an easy drive (we mostly used Uber) but they include underground parking for your rental car. Juli was in communication via text at check in and whenever we had a question. This is great condo in a building that is right on a beautiful beach. It is a good location around for walking to restaurants and convenience stores in Isla Verde. My family of 4 adults rented 1814 Condo for the week. It was a lovely apartment but one of our complaints is the AC was extremely loud, waking us up numerous times throughout the night. The furniture was nice however for a party of 4 there wasn't enough seating for 4 adults so it could definitely use one more comfortable seat. Location was very good, near Old San Juan and Condado and very easy to get Ubers. A couple.of good restaurants within walking distance as well. Beach was lovely however on the weekend got very crowded. Overall a lovely week in a lovely setting.

This is a gorgeous apartment with the nicest Isla Verde view you can get; you can’t imagine the spectaculars sunsets and rainbows I watched from the balcony during the week I visited Puerto Rico. The apartment is very clean with spacious rooms. You’ll find on it everything you need and more. It is 6 minutes away from the airport and has everything we needed in the bathrooms, kitchen and other areas.
The location was perfect, from the swimming pool straight to the amazing beach. There was a very spacious parking space for my rented car, it is close to the elevator. I highly recommend reserving this apartment if you are thinking visiting Puerto Rico.

Went to Puerto Rico for some sunshine and relaxation. This condo did not disappoint. It was clean and well equipped with anything you should need from cooking meals to a day at the beach. They even had a folding shopping cart on wheels for picking up groceries which is within walking distance. Beautiful ocean views from every room. Woke up every morning and had coffee on the patio listening to the sounds of the ocean. Would definitely stay again. Juli and Richard were great hosts with lots of recommendations and respond very quickly with any questions or concerns. Thanks to both of you for a wonderful trip!!

Beautiful Condo With Beautiful Views
Isla Verde had all the comforts of home. They had everything we needed to enjoy the beach, and the property manager was quick to respond if we had questions and very friendly. We will definitely be back.

It was so wonderful to be back in Puerto Rico after so many years away! We took a gamble on Isla Verde for some place new and it did not disappoint. Condo was perfect for us in terms of space and location. We were happy that we did not get a car as we were able to walk to all the restaurants and a nice, big grocery store. We went into Old San Juan a couple of nights and the Uber was quite reasonable. This was the best beach equipped condo we have ever stayed at! Like new beach chairs, nice and big beach towels, umbrella- really everything you could need! The beach was beautiful and was never too crowded. We only had a small issue with getting wristbands for our stay. We were unable to get them the day we arrived because the office was closed. This resulted in going out to get groceries and coming back to find two security guards not interested in letting us back in…despite having a key! The place is very secure, we will give it that! When we went back to the office to get them the next day, it seemed like no one was too sure how to “handle us.” Not sure if they were not used to guests? We did eventually get what we needed and had no issues from that point on. I think instructions for the TVs would have been great. We never were able to figure out the one in the bedroom. Not a big deal as we don’t want to watch TV much on vacation anyway. We had a short power outage in the area one night, so perhaps that upset some of the TV settings or something. Owner was extremely responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend this condo!

Nice clean place

We loved the condo! It was exactly as pictured, the couch is most definitely new and was very comfortable. We loved that you can just walk a few steps to get to the beach and there is a lot of natural shade (my fair Irish skin approved!). There were chairs, cooler, cart, beach towels, umbrella, even sunscreen in the cabinet. Tons of spices and oil spray etc in the cabinet. And there were cold bottled waters in the fridge waiting for us. Grocery store, CVS, Walgreens, tons of restaurants are in walking distance. Transportation to/from the airport is super easy. We took a taxi from the airport for a flat fee of $19 +tip. On the way back, we uber'd and it was $5 or $6 +tip. Only thing I wish was different is not to do with the condo, but Isla Verde in general. Navigating eating out with a food allergy (gluten) was difficult. We ate at a few different places, Ruth's Chris (meh), Cana by Juliana Gonzalez at the el San Juan (very good and allergy friendly), Hijoles (omg the fundido and fajitas, we went there twice), Kintaro sushi, (good one time, second time a sushi roll we ordered came with tempura flakes that were not labeled on the menu). We tried to go to Alambique on Thursday evening at 545pm, and were told it was a 2 hour wait! However, if you are willing you can cook all your meals in the well equipped kitchen, which is probably what we should have done! We really enjoyed our stay and Juli was so great and attentive. I would highly recommend and would return!
