This property is perfect for a family beach vacation. This large, spacious condo allows for all the luxuries of home plus the breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Guests can enjoy the spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico that has entries from the living room and master suite. The large balcony is wonderful for outside dining or just relaxing in the lounge chairs. The condo has 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. The balcony can be accessed from the master suite. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and the second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. Each with flat screen televisions. The living room provides for an exquisite view of the gulf. There is a large sliding glass door for entry to the balcony. There is a flat screen television for your enjoyment. Guests that enjoy cooking can make themselves at home in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The dining room table seats 4 comfortably. There is also a snack bar area for extra seating. Guests have full use of the laundry room equipped with a full size washer and dryer, brooms, mops and other cleaning supplies. The unit offers free wi-fi. Guests can park in the parking area or in a covered garage. The condominium complex offers many amenities including: both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, sauna/steam rooms, fitness/aerobic room, picnic/cooking pavilion with grills. The 'Hangout' is .8 miles from the complex. It is an easy enjoyable walk to the Hangout. Pier 33 is a convenient store located directly across the road. Bahama Bobs, West Beach Grille and Bob's Restaurant are all within walking distance. There are at least 10 top quality golf courses, several movie theaters, miniature golf, lots of restaurants and shopping within minutes of the complex. The Gulf Shores area is extremely family friendly with many activities for all ages. Please keep in mind that this condo is non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed on the balcony. Only 2 vehicles are allowed per unit. Parking permits are required. $40 per parking permit. One parking permit is included in your reservation.

My friend & I took a road trip and stayed at Island Royale in Gulf Shores. It was perfectly located on a beautiful white sand beach right outside the building doors. Opening the balcony doors to hear the ocean waves and have coffee outside was a real treat. I would definitely go back here.

Lovely condo and beach but feel somewhat “nickel and dimed” for things that, in my opinion, should be standard. Toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap are pretty inexpensive amenities

This was one of the most beautiful properties we've stayed! Everything was exquisitely clean and decorated! We were there with our 3 grandchildren. Ages 6 10 and 12. They were very well-mannered. We went to the OWA water park where we spent most of the day. The boys enjoyed sleeping on the pull out bed with the large TV and our granddaughter lived her beautiful room. We enjoyed briefly sitting on the balcony! I already told my husband that I want to come back without kids.

This condo truly exceeded our expectations for our first family beach vacation to Gulf Shores. We loved the cleanliness of the condo, balcony and easy access from the elevator. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had a great experience for our first time Gulf Shore Vacation. The property was exactly as it was described - we couldn't have asked for a better location. The check-in/check-out was easy - we're definitely planing a return trip soon.

Unit was just as described. Could use a few minor upgrade but overall lovely. Excellent access to the Gulf, and local eateries and shopping were super close. Very comfortable with amazing views. Would stay again!

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights and had the Best time! Lots of relaxation, long walks on the beach, listening to the ocean sounds at night put me right to sleep. Everything was perfect for us!

Perfect size for two of us. Beds were comfortable. The view was exceptional. Kitchen was well stocked, although I did have to buy salt and pepper. Loved being so close to the beach.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Easy to reserve. Everything we needed. Beautiful accommodations. Close to everything you could want to do. 8th floor with spectacular view. Sun, Fun, and Waves all day. Every evening relaxing on the balcony. Thanks for great memories!

It was my husband's first time to the beach and he and I both loved it, we're already planning for next year 😀. The only thing we would suggest is coffee filters and extra toilet paper.. other than that everything else was fantastic.. thank you for letting us enjoy your beach space..🐬🦈🐚🏝👫🥰 ages 57 and 59 😁

We had the most wonderful vacation!! The condo was absolutely gorgeous and right on the beach!! Everything was just perfect with our trip!! We carried our granddaughters and they loved it too!! Thanks for making our visit so wonderful!!

We absolutely loved the property and our stay! The property manager was very attentive and responsive with anything we needed. The condo was in a great location with easy access to restaurants and entertainment! Would definitely stay here again!

We had an issue with the AC unit one day and as a result had a bad nights rest. The property owner refunded us a day of our stay for our troubles.

We stayed during spring training for the high school baseball team. It’s a great location for several families to stay close to each other allowing for time spent together on the beach. We are looking forward to next year.

Awesome location, unit was very clean, you could smell the clean detergent as soon as you got in. Balcony view is nice. Nice decor. Warm and cozy.

This condo is in a great location. Beautiful beach is just steps in front of the condo. Location of condo across from the elevator was ideal for loading/unloading especially with young one. Condo was perfect size for our family of 4. Had everything you could possibly need. Morning coffee and breakfast on the balcony listening to the waves was awesome. We plan on coming back!

The condo was very nice, clean with a beautiful view. Very disappointed that advertisement of the property said it had hot tub and heated pool. We got there only to find that both were closed. This is one of the main reasons we chose this property. There were old dirty rusty cookware. The kitchen sink started backing up. The dishwasher overflowed on the floor. My husband decided it was the dish washer soap pods may have caused the overflow. No one offered to bring more cookware. We did okay with a small fry pan that would cook one hamburger or one egg. We were told by the management that they would refund our cleaning fee for the problems we had and pool and hot tub being closed. We have yet to see the refund. We had an extra fee from Expedia on our bill and don’t know why as will have to investigate it.

Tried to drink our coffee and eat breakfast on the balcony one morning and we had to move inside so they could move all the patio furniture and spray the balcony. Frustrating when you expect a relaxing morning at the beach. Great parking, clean property, good communication, beautiful view of the ocean. We watched dolphins from our balcony and watched someone catch and release a sting ray. Good experience overall.
