Only the rooms were comfatable

Dinner and Breakfast were poor. Dinner tables were dirty. Pools werent very clean. Room was so far from main areas.

As a Turkish Cypriot i wanted to show my home country to my Jamaican partner however Everyone was racist! Made him feel awful. Especially the receptionist Meriem, who was busy texting and told us to wait aggressively when we first arrived. No eye contact and very little words expecting us to know what to do. Made us wait for ages then when i started talking turkish she changed and became polite immediately. We were told to get our own towels daily from the laundry room yet the woman there started shouting at my partner when he tried to take one and aggressively pointed to the outside, when i stepped inside and spoke turkish asking her what on earth she was doing she handed me over 2 towels and asked if i need anything else. The rooms were not cleaned daily and when i called reception to ask why they told me u need to let them know because they are busy and that the cleaners don't look at the door notice saying 'clean my room '. The shower head fell on my head during the shower. The cleaners washed the cupsa and coffee cups in the bathroom sink with no soap and used their fingers as a sponge to clean. Saw with my eyes and when i asked they acted like they couldn't understand english nor turkish as they were from the Philippines. At Check out, even though i showed the receipt off full payment at check in. And showed proof of my booking.com reference and amount. I was told i owed 180 euros when i have not even ete nor drank anything at the hotel. My room was room only amd my partner and i always ate out of the hotel. He had a disgusting smirk when i tild him i had a plane to catch and took ages looking at a screen to try and get this 180 euros off me for something i haven't bought. At the end i had to start shouting as i had all proofs that i did not owed and after 25 mins he took pictures of my proofs and tild me i could leave. Additionally beds were rock solid and pillows were really hard and high too.

I love the location of the resort. It's near to the mountains and the Sea, which is just what i wanted. Comfortable rooms.Peaceful.

Really impressed on how welcoming the staff was. The beach was near' and they had a free shuttle service. Great experience. Loved it
