value for money, not too expensive

didn’t like the management, 1am somebody tried to come into our room, when we opened the door to see who was it, it was a guest with our room’s key with him, so basically they gave my room to somebody else aswell, next day a member of staff just entered my room without any permission while me and my family was in the room, very poor management and risk of privacy, wifi very very poor

Products were not stocked equally, etc toiletries

It was a great hotel easy to reach, just off the main road. the sea view is stunning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Murat, siyar and recep who helped us with checking in , showing the facilities and were at hand for any other inquires we had.

There was not anything lacking for what I need in a hotel.

We took the top floor two story room, kids had a lot of fun plus the view was amazing

There was some smell coming from bathrooms but I guess that’s a general issue with anywhere u stay in Istanbul

Just the view

- It’s not that much clean there is no tissues you have to ask for it (when they bring it’s to poor quality), - There’s is no furniture or even a chair in the terrace (balcony) - The separator between the balcony You can see through it I will put a picture for clarification Note : that tours  provided by the hotel, you can take it from outside ( tour’s offices ).

Staff Safety Location

The bed cover and blankets were visibly dirty, which made for an unpleasant experience. Additionally, there were several technical issues during my stay. For example, the device beside the door, which allows guests to select various options such as making up the room or indicating a 'do not disturb' status, was not functioning properly. As a result, the housekeeping staff entered the room while we were sleeping, which was highly inconvenient and disruptive. Unfortunately, staying in the family room turned out to be a disappointing and overpriced experience
