Located in The SeaMist Condos with Beach Boardwalk and Pool. No Pets. Come stay in The Little Grass Shack. This ground floor condo is located very close to the beach in Seamist (was Sand and Surf ) Condominuims . Assigned parking is just in front of your patio. The beach is about 200 yards away over a wooden boardwalk. After a day at the beach you can relax and have a cocktail on the porch and enjoy the ocean breeze. The condo is very close to town and is the perfect place for your family's vacation needs.1 assigned parking space. No Boats or Trailers here is a list of extra ammenities included in this rental: Washer and Dryer Air Conditioner Heater 58" Smart TV dvd player Tv in bedroom Parking directly outside front door Towels provided Linens provided Hair Dryer Free Wifi Grill and picnic tables Front porch with chairs Crockpot Blender Electric mixer Boardwalk to beach This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay. Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions. PLEASE NOTE - ALL RESERVATIONS 21 DAYS OR ABOVE MUST BE APPROVED BY THE OWNER. PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO BOOKING FOR OWNER APPROVAL OR YOUR RESERVATIONS WILL BE CANCELLED.

Awesome, comfortable, relaxing,cool environment. Was so relaxing I didn't want to leave the place. I didn't want to go to the beach or go fishing. Enjoyed watching TV. Everything was provided at this condo. Loved it.

Small place with a large bed, and a pull out couch. Kitchen has everything you need. Theres a washer and dryer, which is a must. Has a good sized pool for when you have enough of the waves. We will be back!

Has everything you need to cook...roomy and perfect for a couple, towels were great. We had to dust the fan ourselves but past that everything was clean

4th of July in Port A
Clean, nice little condo that was great for two adults and 1 grandkid. It was pretty quiet as well. Everything was in working order and well maintained. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Pool was a nice size and not crowded the afternoons we used it. We did not use the boardwalk, but could see it from the front door of the condo. Mattress on the king size bed was a bit uncomfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Relaxing
Very Cozy and Clean. I loved sitting on front porch and listening to the waves at the Beach. We ended up having to leave 2 days earlier because my Husband was having medical issues. But, we will be back and will try to get this same unit.

We stayed July 2021 with 2 adults and a toddler. It was a reasonable price and just the amount of space for us. We were able to cook in the kitchen. Just need to bring your own paper towels, dish soap, and sponge. Also toilet paper because they provide 1 roll. The bed was very comfy and roomy being King Size. The front and back doors were very convenient. Parking spot located directly in front of door made it very easy and convenient to access vehicle. We loved the boardwalk to the beach. A quick walk past a few homes and then a walk over the boardwalk. Overall it was great for the price!

Good- proximity to the beach, fully stocked kitchen, full size appliances and. W/DBad- immediate smell of smoke upon arrival in the condo, mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom , very loud neighbors “partying” which was not what we had hoped for with a family friendly condo.

Love the fact that the boardwalk was walking distance..very accessible to the beach.and the swimming pool just in the back of our condo...too bad our staying was in the winter time.

Great beach access and nice neighborhood. Not super fancy but we spent all our time on the beach.
The dish washer was packed when we got there and we didn’t have any paper towels left for us. (Usually do) check out was easy
I’d like to see a complimentary dish soap, shampoo, and laundry detergent

Pricey for the quality.
Nicely stocked kitchen with everything for baking/cooking, a blender, mixer, toaster. This should have been included in the description. The unit is well decorated but the complex looks like an old motel and smelled very musty.
I’m glad I bought my own cleaning supplies. I washed the coffee maker and dishes before I used them and that was before I read the check out instructions that you are supposed to wash your own dishes. Bad idea. I think putting them in the dishwasher should be sufficient and the cleaning people should take care of washing. Others may be in a hurry to check out and not wash throughly. Since they don’t allow pets I was expecting something much nicer I guess. I kept thinking I’m paying a dog sitter to stay in accommodations so much nicer than I’m in!

Nice for short trip
Couldn’t turn A/C below 75! This should have been in listing. Proximity to beach was good. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. No trash bags or swiffer options do floor was dirty unless I bought some. Tv and cable worked. Good enough for short weekend.

Sweet Place
This is a cozy little condo close to the beach. The kitchen is perfect and the full size washer and dryer were an awesome nice touch! Great place for the price!

Perfect. Clean and upgraded with quality, useful and tasteful furnishings. Kitchen was adequately supplied and being able to take a short walk to the beach was very nice also.
