My stay was blah. Very basic and not very good.

This property is close to the train station and town centre which was perfect for commuters.

It was very very basic. The sink was dirty, bed linen tired and owner inflexible.

Nice location, easy walk into the main shopping area

Clean, nice shower room.

The towels were rough and smelt very damp. The material the bed linen was made out of wasn’t nice. It had a communal kitchen and it looked like people were long stayers so it felt more like a house of multiple occupation rather than a guest house.

The stay is comfortable,clean and tidy

Very noisy until around 12:30. I leave for work at 7:00am so not much sleep time.

Home's Door is look like secret.I found it after that i was find.

Very basic in comfort . Too many deficiencies

it was clean and quite well positioned for us

‘Double’ bed was nowhere near a double. Only 1 pillow on each bed in spite of one being a ‘double’. No batteries in TV remote, so TV unusable. Only 2 teabags for 2 people / 2 nights.Not replenished each day. No shampoo. No cold water. Milk sour (even tho UHT). Booked this in a hurry due to family emergency without reading reviews. Having read them I can’t think how it has an average rating of ‘good’. Luckily, it being a holiday I think we avoided most of the things complained about as there seemed to be no one else staying in the place. It was very clean but it was very basic accommodation made worse by the faults above. Would not return.

Back door was often left open by other guests over night. Rather than being greeted by the host I had to find the key hidden by the back door. Felt very shady

Disappointing

The room was clean, the bed was ok.

The owner/staff was never there, the room was very warm, it was not possible to control the temperature. The room didn't look AT ALL like the ones in the pictures. The house has a general feeling of dodginess.

Very poor didn’t sleep much and will not stay again.

Noisy people in other rooms, shouting playing load music until early hours. slamming doors etc.No respect for other people staying, Seems owners aren’t worried about who stays. If your thinking about staying in Bracknell avoid the Lavender.

I liked the room, nice decorated, clean, spacious, with a lovely view. It's walking distance from Train station and Shopping Centre. If it would be a little bit cheaper l would come again.

In the kitchen it was messy, done by some ppl who were hosted. In a second day someone was cooking and the smell from what he was doing it was absolutely disgusting, spreading all over. And its not at the address mentioned in booking, it took a while to find the place.

Very disappointed and feel it wasn't value for money.

there was no breakfast - it was advertised as providing breakfast but there was just a kitchen and you had to provide and make your own. There was no cold water - both taps ran hot.

There should be cold water in the sink. There should be breakfast if it was advertised.

Never staying there again

Black out blind and the tv but nothing else

I didn't like the bed could not sleep properly as the bed and pillow was hard the milk was off I called the person who runs it and told him that I didn't have any milk and he said that he didn't have to supply any tea or coffee stuff he told me to go into the kitchen and to take someone else's milk and he was very rude and the step to the property that you had to go into the property was very high for me as I am disabled it was hard to get up

The venue looked nice from outside but the overall experience was awful. We had to check out earlier

The towels provided were very old looking and the room had an awful smell. We felt very rushed by the host on the phone when we were trying to get access to the venue. The bedroom was not very clean, the toilet was dirty. We were new to the location, it would have been nice if the host was patient with us.

It was clean

Never saw staff or owners, collect key from under mat, no amenities in room, no heating on it was cold no breakfast, wasn't worth the £114 we paid, we had a family room with 1 cup for 3 of us, 2 towels for a 2 night stay, it was more a hostel than a hotel !!!
