About this house rental
9 comfortable bedrooms, 6 baths, 3 kitchens, 20 bikes, and 20 beach chairs In Cape May proper, this large, wonderful cottage comfortably sleeps up to 22 adults and is perfect for an extended family reunion or a retreat with lots of friends. There is plenty of room in multiple bedrooms for portable cribs for your infants. Two bedrooms have private baths. With 2 indoor dining areas, 2 living rooms, a large covered front porch, and 2 covered rear decks, it has plenty of space to congregate. Both rear decks have ocean views. Gas BBQ and outdoor range are provided in the rear yard for grilling. This house will be your home away from home with all the comforts you need. It is so close to the beach you can hear and see the ocean while relaxing on the rear decks. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise or stroll 400' feet to the beach and promenade to watch the sunrise or sunset over the ocean. Both are magnificent. Harry's restaurant and liquor store is on the block, and it is just a few short blocks to shopping, restaurants, Victorian Cape May and the Washington Street Mall. Come relax, lounge on the beach, swim in the ocean, dine in, dine out, and enjoy all the pleasures of Cape May and it's gas lit streets. Our rental also includes use of 20 bikes, 20 beach chairs, 2 beach carts, 2 beach umbrellas. A play wagon, toddler beach chairs, portable cribs, booster seat, and bikes with training wheels for the little ones are available upon request at no additional charge. It is customary in Cape May for guests to bring their own towels and sheets. Blankets are provided. Laundry machines on both floors make life easy if you like to wash your clothes or linens midweek.

We had 4 generations under one roof! Great spaces for big family meals and lots of nooks for privacy too. Owner was great to work with. Loved our time in Cape May!

Our family LOVED our visit! Location is fantastic being only a block from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and activities. We came for our parents 50th wedding anniversary and we all had such a fabulous time. The house is very spacious and accommodated 20 people wonderfully and we never felt over crowded. The outdoor decks/porches were perfect with the ocean breeze.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brian and his responsiveness. He answered all my emails very timely and gave great suggestions. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Great house for a reunion with 7 old friends. More than enough room for everyone and great spaces for hanging out in a large group. First trip to Cape May for most of us and we could not have been happier. Highly recommended.

The kitchens are so well appointed, the house was so comfortable, everything you could possibly need for a fun time is there. 60th BDay Celebration
Six couples rented Brian's wonderful home for a long weekend to celebrate 6 high school buddies all celebrating their 60th birthday this year. The house could not have been more perfect! The idea of having 5 king beds and one queen ( btw, there are three more bedrooms if you need them) and 6 separate baths was ideal. There were multiple kitchens to use; the back one made the perfect bar area. The large front porch became our hang out spot, but there are numerous options to gather on the rear porches or inside. Everything you need for a nice family vacation.
This is a nice beach house with several kitchens and plenty of room. The owner clearly makes an effort to keep everything in working order. Nice large propane grill. A block from the beach. Multiple refrigerators. Nice front porch. Perfect place to take my 2-3 year old granddaughters.

Great vacation!
This was a family vacation with a total of 16 people. The house accommodated all of us very well- between the 9 bedrooms and 3 kitchens and all of the porch space we had plenty of room to move around, not get in each other’s way but to still be together. The many beach bikes, beach chairs and beach buggies to get our stuff to the beach was extremely helpful. All in good working order and comfortable.
The location of the house is fantastic - one block from the beach!
The covered porches were nice when it rained- or to stay out of the sun. We spent most evenings and morning out there drinking coffee, cocktails and playing games.
Although we chose to eat in most of the time, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from- along with arcades, mini golf and shopping.
The owner was very attentive by email, though we had no issues that needed to be addressed.
If you are looking for a big house to accommodate many people very comfortably- you have found the right place!

This property was an amazing find!! Gigantic house, tons of bedrooms, three full kitchens, back porches, fantastic front porch and so much more. SO CONVENIENTLY located, barely one block from the beach. And the basement is like a store filled with TONS of beach chairs, carts to lug stuff to the beach, large beach blankets, umbrellas, toys, etc. And the cruiser bikes were probably our favorite. Tons of bikes for all ages right there for the taking. Just amazing...everyone had such a fun time.

Great location. House was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the bikes, the beach items and the front porch. Wish we had better weather, however the kids had a blast upstairs in their own living area and made for some peace and quiet :)

We lucked out with 70 degree weather in November. The house was perfect with enough rooms to find the perfect spot for everything. The bedrooms were all spacious and we cooked some meals and found everything we needed in the house. Bryan was easy to communicate with and the house was in a great location. We loved the proximity to the beach and took advantage of the fleet if bicycles with a ride to the lighthouse.
