Picture Perfect is a house completed in December 2019, furnished for the enjoyment for families and dog alike. Step out of the back door and enjoy the beautiful views of the beach across the street. Then relax in the new eight-person hot tub and cook up dinner on the private gas grill! What's Nearby: Beach access is directly across the street, so don't forget your beach chairs and sand toys! When you aren't enjoying the beach or hot tub, take a short drive into town where you can enjoy delicious dining options such as Reel Deal BBQ, Islanders, and Beached Cafe (all within three miles of the house). Don't forget to take a day to explore the Audubon Bird Sanctuary five miles across the island. This 164-acre sanctuary has miles of walking trails through beautiful woodlands, swampland, and gulf beaches. Things to Know: Free WiFi Full kitchen and cable Snowbird friendly This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Beautiful home. Pros- Each room has its own bathroom. Except for the room with bunk beds. It looks like the pictures. If not better in person.
Cons - There a was dog poop around the exterior of the property. Also dog hair in the washing machine. I did not know how to unlock the elevator or hot tub.

We enjoyed our stay at Picture Perfect. All rooms are very large, decorated nice & very clean. Beach access is right across the street. Loved sitting on the deck listening to the waves. Would definitively return.

Sisters, daughters and nieces from Florida and Wisconsin enjoyed our 3rd annual weekend getaway together! This rental had a great view of the ocean on both sides. We enjoyed the rental and everything the island had to offer.

Picture perfect was everything we hoped it would be and more. The house was clean and well layed out. Our location was perfect with the bay out our back door and the beach just out our front. We found everything we needed at the house to cook and grill. Plenty of towels were available and the hot tub was an added bonus!! Thanks for a wonderfully relaxing vacation spot that we will definitely return to.

From the first we walked into the home we were impressed with the layout, beauty, cleanliness, and view of the beach and surf. The big table was perfect for our family of 10. The two couches very comfy. The porch was amazing as was the hot tub. Awesome to have outside water hoses to wash off everything. We used the washer and dryer which was also nice to have available. The only issue we had was with the outdoor grill but it was remedied very quickly. We liked being just a few steps from the beach and not on the beach itself as it felt more private. Highly recommend!

Well stocked home. Has a lift/elevator but it was locked and no key provided. Has a hairdryer, Kuerig coffee maker LLC and blender. Great location. Would stay again!

Easy beach access and good view of the beach. We watched dolphins from the porch every day! Quiet area. Amazing sunrises and sunsets!

This house is perfect. Spacious, light, hot tub, grill, all the views. Perfect vibe. Highly recommend, can comfortably sleep 10 no problem and 12 if you want to go couch with a lot of our group would rather sleep on because they're so comfortable.

Our stay here was amazing! The house was more beautiful than we expected. The kids loved the easy access to the beach and the hot tub was a great bonus to relax at the end of the day.

The house was very nice and when the hot tub went into sleep mode, it was fixed within 24 hours.
One of the couples found sand in their dresser. Another couple said there was mold starting to grow in their bathroom.
And in the bunk bed room the shower head was pulled. Out like someone had hung on it.
Also we would suggest maybe more toilet paper.

Picture Perfect
Beautiful view--inside and out. The accommodations were luxurious. Vacasa responded immediately when we couldn't get one of the tvs to work, and neighbors were very helpful when our car got stuck in the sand. We will recommend this to friends and family.

We loved everything about it! Best location on that sugar white sand. The house was super spacious! Awesome beach front hot tub! Fully equipped kitchen and great table for family games. We love the sun beaming through the window sunrise to sunset! Our dogs had a blast romping around on the deck!
