El alojamiento está muy limpio y cuenta con todo lo necesario. Ideal para estancias cortas.

Considero que por el costo del alojamiento se debería de incluir todos los alimentos del buffet (desayuno), ya que las opciones que incluye el desayuno “gratis” son muy reducidas y poco apetecibles.

No contar con comida disponible las 24 horas Estuve en el 6to piso, las ventanas por fuera estaban sucias La regadera no esta privada, es invierno y se sentía mucho frío después de bañarse, ademas que en el baño no ponen toallas de mano y la toalla pequeña para el cuerpo Solo había 2 toallas blancas grandes y muy muy asperas y 1 tapete No hay refrigerador ni vasos ni cafetera en la habitación solo una botellita pequeña de agua

It’s new, simple but good decoration, bed was comfortable, water pressure is shower good.

Unfortunately, the other guests (and lack of interest from the staff) ruined our stay. There was a large group who had parties in the parking lot of the back of their trucks starting at 2am and continuing for hours on all 3 nights of our stay. The staffs response was ‘we told them to be quiet…’ the security are quick to tell Uber drivers not to park outside but not so quick to deal with other issues. They allowed one set of guests to ruin it for the others. When we complained we barely got a response from the staff on the front desk. They didn’t care The breakfast is not good. Very little choice, literally had to go searching for plates, cutlery, napkins etc. definitely not worth it if you having to pay extra.

Clean, new property. Nice parking.

The air conditioning broke in the first and second room we were put in. We notified the front desk both times. They never helped us move from our room. Both times that we moved. The air conditioning broke late at night the first time and in the middle of the night the second time. We were also told that this problem already had pre-existing and on the floor we were on. We then noticed that in each room, the same problem happened. No thermostat control for air conditioning. Temperature is locked in by the maintenance person in charge. After we complained to the manager of the facility, she then placed us in a higher floor room and then asked the maintenance manager to unlock the thermostat so we could have full control. This was frustrating and disappointing since we did not get any rest the first two nights that we stayed there. The person in charge that we made a complaint to the first night was Sylvia. The person that we made the second complaint the next night was Pierre. We ended up speaking to Caro who was the manager who ultimately changed us to an upper level room and had the maintenance engineer change the thermostat program so we can operate it normally.

The property was good for Mexicalli, I would have liked more of all the above

Good facilities and a nice pool deck. Reasonable breakfast options as well. And very helpful and friendly staff.

The pool color could be addressed. I know it is natural, but I think blue is better than green.

The location. It was quiet and comfortable. Great staff and the facilities are top for Mexicali.

Breakfast was very simple and limited. They charge you extra if you want eggs.

No refrigerator and only one small bottle of water. Breakfast wasn’t impressive. I expected a gourmet mexican meal for breakfast. Coffee and juice was terrible. The fruit was sliced very thin (hotel saving $). I left the dining room hungry.

Stayed overnight. Flew in to Mexicali late in evening. Excellent for overnight. Priced right.

Mattress is hard, not comfortable.

Hotel is very modern and clean. Front desk personnel was very friendly.
