everything in the hotel was not good and it's so dirty and not clean at all my is skin got rashes my all family member body got allergies due to dirty rooms there's so many danger insects in the rooms

Superb

The sixth floor suite was excellent absolutely no problems and balconies on three sides with overview of this part of Calcutta

Fair Review

Location n connectivity. Being near to Ruby it was easy to locate.

The size of the room. It was too small. The bathroom was much more smaller. Hardly any space for movement. Agreed I overlooked the size while booking. A better n bigger room could have been booked. Stay of 5 days is longer period. We had no space to dry innerwear .

Avoid the hotel at all costs - safety risk run by shady managers

The hotel hacked my Booking.com account and posted a ‘10’ review on my behalf. Now able to post this review. The management should be ashamed of themselves and should focus on providing guests with a decent experience rather than relying on hacking through an open network to obtain fake reviews. The photos attached were the state of the bed when we checked in. Unfortunately they look worse in person than on the phone pictures. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world and the bare minimum anyone would expect would be clean bedsheets, I wonder what the manager’s looks like if he gives these rooms to his guests. I found the guys at the check in counter pleasant to deal with, the cleaner and the man at breakfast were both nice too. Actually, the room was quite spacious and would have provided good value had the bed been clean. The bathroom was clean by Indian standards though the geyser was broken so had to brave a cold shower. One towel is provided between two people and no kettle. Coffee was also absent from breakfast. Bread + banana was breakfast, very basic but not bad (it’s hard to mess that one up). We complained about this fake review/hacking incident at check out and the manager’s true colours showed. I would seriously consider your cyber safety and general safety while staying at this hotel. It’s a hotel with a fair bit of potential as a decent budget stay but this practice, not only illegal and immoral, is extremely dangerous for guests and left us feeling quite vulnerable. Fishy behaviour has been clocked by others if you have a little scout around. The incident is being escalated with the appropriate authorities.

Disappointing

Breakfast was very basic. Not good quality. B/f tea was substandard. Separately ordered tea better

Even though we checked in late night on 12th, there were no towels kept in the room. We were told only 1 towel available as laundry guy had not come. The bathroom geyser was not working so we couldn't have a bath. They were offering a electric water kettle for preparing bath water, which was outrageous. Finally our room was changed. We had asked for extra mattress and paid for it. But the bed sheet they gave was torn. They were stains on the white bedsheets too, which was very repulsive. Room was not cleaned in the 3 days we were there.
