About this condo rental
Renovated 3-bed, 2-bath ski-in/out condo located next to SnowPine lift @ Holiday. Perfect for a group of friends or 2 families of 4. 2 private bedrooms and 1 loft. Kitchen has new appliances & is well appointed. Living room has 55” Roku TV, gas fireplace & sliding door to covered patio. Easy keyless entry. Parking (limit 2 cars winter weekends/holidays), WiFi, A/C, cable TV & in-unit laundry included. Minutes from town. Beautiful views overlooking the lift & golf course. The condo is located at SnowPine Village which surrounds the SnowPine lift at Holiday Valley. This lift is a day lift and can be weather dependent. Its normal hours of operation are from the opening of the resort (8:30am weekends, 9am weekdays) to about 4pm during the ski season. If you are looking for some night skiing you can easily get to the Sunrise lift which is a day and night lift by walking to the end of the development and walking about 30 yards past the outdoor pull up bars about 30 yards to the tree line. You should be able to see blue lift through the trees. It's no more than 1 minute to SnowPine and a 5 minute walk to Sunrise. To get back to the condo you can take the Last Chance or Catwalk trails which are lit at night. It's recommended you look at a map of the resort to get familiar with these lifts and trails before you arrive.

Was perfect for two couples and two adult siblings. Had there been ample snow, the ski in-out would have been awesome. Josh should leave a note in the unit to provide the guests with instructions on how to leave the unit....garbage where, towels where, dishwasher on, etc.

We have stayed a few times in this area and this was the best yet! The place was very clean, easy for the kids to ski out, warm, plenty of space, and cozy. We will look to stay here again!

Everything about this place was great. Great view. Great communication with the property manager. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and place was very clean. Simple decorating was beautiful, as was the view and the local area. My husband and I are hoping to rent this place again next year.

Our regular go to place Ellicotville mini weekend getaway,This little townhouse was perfect spot for us ,location was absolutely perfect since we played golf for two days it’s so easy to get to and close to everything else .

This townhouse was perfect! Very cozy, clean, accomodating. It had everything in the kitchen as far as utensils/pans that we would need. The sleeping situation was perfect for our family. My only concern was my 5 year old would get on the loft full sized bed and lean over the railing to talk. A little railing of some sort up there night be a good idea. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends!

It was a great location and nice place. Would have loved to have had a few wine glasses and a wastebasket in the bathroom( it’s amazing how much you miss it when it’s not there). Otherwise, it was nice.

Great location facing the lifts. Plenty of room for a family with three teenagers. Pictures are accurate, everything works and is updated. Host was responsive, we’ll be back!

We stayed here for the second year in a row. The space is clean, updated and fit our needs perfectly with 3 adults and 3 kids, ages 11 and under. Great for skiing at Holiday Valley and enjoying downtown Ellicotville. The stairs up to the loft are very steep and narrow but it works well for kids who love the space. My 3 year old needed help and close supervision to get up and down. We will likely be back next year! Highly recommend.

This condo is perfect! We had 4 adults and 2 children. The location is fantastic….walked outside and started skiing! Everything is updated and all necessary essentials are provided! Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our relaxing week at this Snow Pine Meadows property. We found everything (except wine glasses) in the property: equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Comfy beds in downstairs rooms. Washer and dryer were easy to use. We enjoyed sitting on the small balcony where there were two cozy chairs and ottomans. Bonus was AC in the main living room and main bedroom. No AC but an overhead fan in the second downstairs bedroom. (The weather was hot for a couple of days, then perfect. )
Easy access to hiking, biking, golfing, and town shopping/dining.
We will book again.

Owner was easy to work with and great communicator. The condo was as advertised and nicely updated. The condo was clean and gorgeous although the common areas (hallways, stairs) were NOT.

Circular stairs are tight. Ski in out access could not be better. Multiple units use a common entrance exit. The common area entrance exit could have been cleaner.

Great ski in/out townhouse
My husband and I and our 2 kids had a great stay and would highly recommend. We want to come back next year. One note for parents of small children, the staircase up to the loft is narrow and steep and we couldn’t let our 2 y/o up there but our 5 y/o loved it.

This is a great place to get away. Condo was very clean and updated. Location and setting are close to everything and very peaceful and pretty. Have rented with this owner in the past and always have an exceptional experience. This was perfect for family and/or friends getaway.
