Oyo price and hotel place tariff is different so harassment

Nothing about this property is likeable.

Everything. Starting from the cleanliness of the room (there were red coloured sprays (probably paan or piss or something else-see the attached photos) all over the walls, the duvet on the bed was torn, there were stains all over the bed, the floor was extremely dirty with mud marks, the room stinked, the bathroom was horrible with urinal stains on the WC and the floor). The whole room and bathroom stinked of urine smell. The AC remote did not work. On top of it, the property charged me INR 1200 per night (where as I booked it for INR 660 per night online). The Manager said the price was too low online and OYO people are fleecing money by promoting low priced hotels. So I ended up paying the additional INR 600 per night (before I actually checked in to the room, If I had seen the room first, I would never have stepped inside this OYO). The Manger charged me wrongfully. I ended up staying at friend's place inspite of paying at the hotel (as refund was denied). Only farm animals can comfortably stay in this OYO. NOT FOR HUMAN OCCUPANCY.

Nothing was good, TV was not working, staff didn't respond even after multiple calls to reception. Bathroom was not cleaned

I liked the staff. They were very helpful and kind. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Would come and visit the hotel soon again
