About this house rental
Situated in Tennessee, this attractive house for R 3,242 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Our home is approximately three miles from Dale Hollow Lake, with four marinas within 10 miles (Hendricks Creek, Sulphur Creek, Safe Harbor Holly Creek, and Dale Hollow State Park). We have plenty of parking space for you to bring your boat and jet skis, or you can rent them at one of the nearby marinas. The house sits on 15 acres down a dead end road, and we have a small pond out back. If you like to hike, there are several wooded acres beyond the pond for you to explore. We purchased the house in August 2019, and we spent months working on upgrades. The house has new appliances, beds, paint, and new flooring throughout. The 2020 season got off to a rough start with covid, but still amazingly exceeded our expectations. The house's living spaces are divided by a two car garage. Both "suites" are included in the rental price as we do not book them separately at this time. Because access to the garage is currently restricted, you must go outside to walk between suites. "Suite 1" sleeps 10 -kitchen, dining, and living rooms on the 1st floor -Roku TV in living room -full bath on 1st floor -queen master bedroom on 2nd floor -queen bedroom on 2nd floor -twin over twin bunks on 2nd floor -full bath on 2nd floor -two queen sleeper sofas in the living room on 1st floor "Suite 2" sleeps 4 -kitchen -full bath -2 queen bedrooms on 1st floor -Roku TV in bedroom / kitchen There is a deck with a gas grill and patio furniture that wraps around from the dining room to the rear deck doors in the living room. There are also balconies off the front and back of the house, accessed from the upstairs bedrooms. Both balconies have outdoor seating. We have an outbuilding with a porch and patio furniture for guest use as well. Please don't hesitate to ask for more information!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this home. We loved the fact that it was away from the hustle of town and in the countryside. We loved watching the birds fly in to the feeders and see the different varieties of species. The house was well equipped with everything we needed to cook for our family. We enjoyed the Quarry Restaurant and overlooking the lakes and landscape. We would recommend this home to others.

We absolutely loved this home! Perfect set up for our two families. This was our first time renting a home at DHL and it was perfect! We had a lot of rain so we are so glad we decided against camping this year! We will definitely be back to this home in the future!

The house is great for large families. We had 3 families with teens and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was great for cooking our meals and we enjoyed the fire pit and back porch for hanging out. There was even things left from previous renters like spices, condiments, baggies, trash bags, etc. That was great and appreciated. The drive to sulfur creek was easy and not too far. Plenty of parking for our boats and trailers too. The beds were comfy and the house had everything we needed to make it feel like a home away from home. Thank you to the host for sharing your place with us!

This was an annual golf outing with a group of guys. We’ve been doing this for over 30 years. This house was perfect for our needs. The home is very clean, spacious, and we’ll maintained. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We had a great time! Myself and my husband, son and DIL and their 2 boys, daughter and SIL and their 2 boys and 1 girl and my SIL’s mom. We bird watched, played games with the kids and worked puzzles! Also spent one day at the lake. Great cousin time and a great 60th birthday for me. Thanks!

Where do 3 cousins and their young families meet up when they live across 3 states and 2 timezones? This would be the place and this was our 2nd year! Once again, the property was exactly what we needed. It is spacious and private, with lots of outdoor space for children and dogs. Upon arrival, the property is exceptionally clean and well stocked with all the amenities needed to host the biggest feast of the year! Great care is taken and niceties are provided such as ample linens and lots of games and puzzles. Amy is very wonderful to work with: flexible, quick to respond and helpful! We intend to continue to book in the future! =)

Everything about this house was perfect! The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities and we had plenty of bath towels. All of the beds were comfortable and the check in process was so easy. Our absolute favorite part of our stay was sitting outside watching all the birds in the multiple feeders. The driveway was plenty big enough for our trucks and boat trailers. Everything was clean and we had plenty of games to play after a full day on the lake.

We loved this property! The floorplan was perfect for our group of 7. It was clean and incredibly well furnished. The property manager was a breeze to work with and communicated with us in a prompt and accurate manner. If ever in the area again, we will certainly rent this place! This one was a REAL WIN!!

The property was as advertised, well stocked. Everything you needed was there, clean and spacious. Definitely will be returning. Very convenient location to Sulphur Creek and Hendricks marinas. All 6 visitors were well satisfied.

Relaxing Getaway
The property was nice, all amenities with stocked kitchen. The little apartment was good for a family with kids. Our animals enjoyed running around the property and the bird feeders were a big hit with our group.

We had a wonderful vacation and really enjoyed the property- the dogs loved the yard. Both living spaces have been completely remodeled (so cute) and the kitchens are completely stocked with everything you need to make dinners after a long day at the lake (new pans and all the cooking appliances needed). There isn’t anything these owners didn’t think of. We are excited to book our next trip.

Great time!
We enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of room for our party! The kitchen was fully stocked with any appliance you could need. Our kids played kickball in the large yard and games on the back deck. Great trip and the owners are amazing and helpful.

We enjoyed our weekend with family. The house and property was big enough to accommodate several family members. The home was very nice. The owners have done an excellent job of remodeling. Amy was quick to get back to me with the questions I had and everything we needed was provided for us. The photos were very accurate. Overall great experience.
