Title: Nightmarish Stay - Unacceptable Cleanliness and Lack of Essentials Our recent stay at a VRBO home was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon arrival, the residence was in complete disarray, with belongings scattered everywhere from the previous occupants. While they sent a cleaner, the single person tasked with the job was insufficient for the extensive cleaning required. The cleaning process stretched well past 11 pm, violating the agreed-upon 4 pm readiness and disrupting our plans. To make matters worse, the house was still dirty after the cleaner left, compelling us to continue cleaning until the early hours of the morning, past 1 am. We even had to wash towels, a basic amenity one would expect to be clean upon arrival. Adding to our dismay, the house was inadequately equipped. We had to purchase laundry detergent to wash the dirty towels left by the previous occupants. Additionally, we had to buy dish soap and even toilet paper since these essentials were not provided. Interactions with the gate personnel were marked by extreme rudeness, further diminishing the anticipated enjoyment of our stay. Despite numerous attempts to contact the property managers after the cleaner's visit, we were met with unresponsiveness, adding to our frustration. The offered dinner reimbursement was a small consolation for the inconveniences we faced(which has not yet been reimbursed since emailing them). Our stay was wonderful! The rental looks exactly like how the pictures looks. Plenty of space iust felt like home.

The overall condition of the condo was outstanding. The area/complex itself it near Highway 192, but you would never know because it sits back far enough that it's quiet and peaceful. A must recommend!

I could not adjust the AC it was hot at night. The Master shower head linked. The cyber lock malfunctioned the last night there and I was locked out for an hour.

Property was as advertised, great location and lots of amenities. One complaint I do have is with the property management company I guess, we left two messages as per the numbers they say to call, but heard nothing back during our entire stay.

Everything is perfect .the town home is beautiful, the only thing is that there is to much dust in the furniture and in the master bedroom upstairs there's dust in the wall on top of the television. There was also a dirty face mask in the coach in the living room. I sorry

Enjoyed our stay, home was spacious and conveniently located. Would definitely recommend staying there.

No issues with the home or the property. It was all that was expected.
