This Tommy Bahama inspired condo is just what a beach vacation needs. Cool tile and warm wood floors welcome you after your daily excursions and the stainless appliances will welcome your daily use in style. A king bed in the bedroom will have sugar plums dancing in your head and the queen sleeper sofa in the living room will accommodate the rest of your crew. Both TV’s are flat screen and the bedroom TV is for movie watching. Beachwood Villas offers a family friendly complex featuring tennis courts, two pools (1 heated, subject to dates and temperature), beautiful court yard and shuffleboard. With beach access just steps away you can enjoy our beautiful white sand beach with crystal clear water! Make sure you check out our local shops and restaurants all within walking distance! * Three night minimum. * Parking for 2 cars. * Sorry, no pets allowed. Replacing roofs. Duration phases from October-December

We had an excellent experience with Benchmark from beginning to end. The property was exactly as advertised and well maintained. The location in Sea Grove is perfect for beach going, shopping or nature walking. Benchmark's communication was flawless and covered all aspects concerning the rental agreement, payment, and vacation insurance options. We really had a great time. We needed two nights in Seagrove and came upon this condo. Absolutely one of the greatest deals we’ve come across. We look forward to coming back next year for a longer visit. Would have loved an interactive tv in the living room but enjoyed one in the bedroom. Great spot, close access to the beach and all amenities in the area.

Comfortable and cute condo
The condo is clean and the decor is very nice. Easy beach access. King size bed and pull out couch sleeps our family of 4 comfortably.

Our trip and stay in 8H Beachwood Villas overall was good. We had issues with the tv in the living area that weren’t corrected while we were there, but besides that it was ok. Our other sticking point was that the tv in the bedroom only played a dvd. We like to watch tv right before going to sleep so that was annoying. Everything is not about tv, but after you’ve been biking, running and staying out most of the day, it’s nice to have working TVs for a couple of hours. Besides all of the aforementioned we had a good time and the location is ideal! Great for the cost!

This was our first time staying at this property and first time staying at Santa Rosa Beach. The condo was spacious for the two of us and very clean. The property is not directly on the beach, but the beach was only a short walk away. The condo has a nice, large balcony that we enjoyed each day. Additionally, we liked that the door to the unit was a key pad so there was no physical key to keep up with. We would definitely stay her again!
