Being centrally located next to Grocery stores, restaurants as well as a short drive to Anna Maria Island this location has it all! Enjoy the outdoors? Taking strolls along Palma Sola Blvd will not be a disappointment with sweeping views of the Bay around every corner! Bringing a boat? Store the trailer in the driveway and drop it off around the corner at Kingfish Boat Ramp. This 4 bedroom home is centrally located minutes away from the best beaches in Florida! When walking into the property you instantly notice the nice large open floor plan that is perfect for your family gathering. The living room has sufficient sitting space for everyone in the house and also has a 65in 4K TV. The modern kitchen has plenty of counter space for more than one chef and everything you will need to prepare gourmet meals. The all-new stainless-steel appliances make cooking a breeze. This Kitchen also comes with a double oven when preparing those large family meals! Dining in? Off of the living room is the dining room that offers seating for 8 to enjoy home-cooked meals with additional seating around the kitchen bar. Off the dining room are french doors that lead out to the elegant crystal clear waters of your own private pool! The large patio and open space offers plenty of room for socializing and summer fun. Included is propane grill , as-well as an outside shower to keep dirt away. Additional seating and space around the pool and upper deck is plentiful allowing you to enjoy beautiful sunsets to the west. The pool can be heated during the colder days for an additional charge. Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The top floor of the house has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom which comes with a King bed and flat screen TV, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twins. The 4th bedroom is on the first floor and comes with a Queen bed and flat-screen tv. *Pets are accepted with an additional Pet Fee, inquire for more info. *pool heat is additional *Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat. Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the “Rental Agreement” on the checkout page.

Our stay at the Farmhouse was great! This was the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed at! The property was as described in the listing/photos. Really nice quality bed linens and towels! One thing that we didn’t realize was that there wasn’t a door separating the downstairs bedroom from the laundry area.

Had to make a quick trip to Manatee County for a family matter. Three couples and two babies. Space was open and comfortable, house was well stocked and super clean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We were two families who stayed at this property during spring break. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the swimming pool was great as well. Most importantly the house had everything a family needs for a beach trip - beach wagon, chairs, tent, toys,etc. Highly recommend this property!

We had THE BEST time. Plenty of space, great facility, the heated pool was used constantly and close to everything we wanted to do! I loved that this was close to AMI but not in the middle of it so you did not have to get in all of the traffic if you didn't want to! We will definitely be back!

The most well-equipped kitchen I've ever seen in a vacation rental, and I've seen a lot! We had one small maintenance issue which they dealt with promptly and the maintenance guy was friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely, I was glad we paid the extra to have it heated. It's a spacious and cozy house. A little too much fragrance for me, and I was disappointed the bikes weren't in better shape and there didn't seem to be a way to lock them if we used them for transportation, but overall we loved the place and would happily have stayed longer!!

5 stars!! The Farm house was just as stated in the listing, clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and linens, a lot of thought was input to supply you with what you need while you are on vacation. The location was perfect, close to everything from shopping to restaurants, to the beaches, just prepare yourself for the beach traffic, neighborhood was great, very quiet. The kids enjoyed the pool and the lanai was awesome, keeps the pool clean. The host, Kristi, was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. I would highly recommend the farm house. A beautiful home in a great location. Thank you for hosting my family and we will definitely be back.

My family and I loved this home, it had everything we could possibly need. We didn't need to go out for anything at all.
