The staff is very nice people. The hotel is really nice all the rooms. I stayed here for a month before and was really well priced. The pool is beautiful and next to the bus station. I recommend it.

We checked out early morning in a hurry and they didn’t give us our 500 THB security deposit back for the key. Failed to follow up with any other transfer method than Thai bank account, which we obviously do not have. Very disappointed.

location and was quite clean
We had an 8am bus leaving from Terminal 2 so we mentioned twice we needed an early checkout (7.30, not unreasonable) they said no problem but when the time came the staff were not there so we lost our 500 baht deposit. I was very disappointed by this business practice but apart from that the place was fine.

The room itself and the facilities were great, we thought we were lucky to stay in this room, it was quite fancy and comfortable.
When checking in, they ask you sign some strange paper about the collection of personal data and require either 500 batt or your passport as a deposit. The check-out experience spoiled the whole impression from the stay because we had to wait while they inspected the room and as a result of the inspection we were told to pay 200 batt because of some strange stains on one of the towels (we could not possibly leave them and were quite sure they were there before we arrived). The receptionist who didn't really speak English and used Google translate to communicate with us, told us some nonsensical stuff, that the spot can't be washed with a simple washing machine and they would need 200 batt to deliver the towel to the cleaning or something. They don't warn you about their rules in advance and afterwards say that it is a general rule for all hotels (we stayed for 10 nights in another hotel in Phuket and there was neither a deposit, no room inspection; there were always some stains on the otherwise clean towels).
They are also too strict about the check-in and check-out times; we arrived 5 min to 14:00 and were allowed to the room only after 14:00; they wrote and called us to ask to check out before noon.
They give you cards for WiFi, which is very inconvenient.

the building was lovely. the pool clean and picturesque. quiet depending on your neighbours
internet codes were given out for maybe 12 hour periods but if it went off depending on time of the day that you logged in then you were left with nothing so make sure you get more codes. electric went off and jumped and the water went off at times of day. so no shower etc. unsure if this was a temporary problem. but late at night the water wasn’t running to brush teeth. tv wouldn’t connect to wifi in one room for Netflix and in another was connected to a Russian account that we couldn’t disconnect so we just watched it. room was not cleaned in the three days that we were in one room and two in another . water was left outside the rooms when out. the strangest thing before leaving is that they go into the room and search it for reasons to not give you back your deposit. so if your towels are dirty they will fine you. so my tip would be to use the washing machine for 20 bat on their facilities if you have any marks on the towels. my partner was very embarrassed and apologies along with paying the fine but when we changed the room they did the same and we took the small towel with the smallest mark and put it in the washing machine. either way it is unlikely you will get your deposit back here. it was only 500 bat so nothing major but still. I’ve worked in hotels my whole life and never been made to wait around and held ransom until the rooms were inspected and contact was made with the manager who is not on site. they speak 0 % English but you will get by with Google translate. I hate writing anything negative but they do say all comments are constructive when coming to helping improve service or helping others decide. do with it as you please but be aware of the room inspections afterwards.

Clean room, relatively fresh. Very close to the Bus Terminal 2.
Awful staff. Doesn’t speak English at all, no single word! I arrived for one night, late – just to have a sleep before the early departure to the bus station. They were insisting I have to leave a deposit (for what?!), and was using Google translate, trying to explain me what they want. I had a plan for checkout at 7 am, but the staff is at the reception only from 8 am – it took a while to explain that they need to bring somebody earlier, as I will need my deposit money back.
Noisy room - you will hear all the neighbors inside and outside the building.

Great room, great cleaning, nice balcony with chill zone and cool swimming pool. TV with wifi and youtube. Comfortable bed. Responsive staff.
Location is poor, center in 40 min walk, no fruit markets nearby. If you have bike or car - should be not problem for you.

Actually this was possibly my favourite hotel me and my partner visited over 55 days in Thailand and we was only there 1 day as we came back from phi phi and wanted somewhere near the bus station to go hat yai the next morning.
Room was amazing and had Netflix lol, we was on bottom floor so open door and pool there.
Lots of food a short walk and friendly helpful staff.
If we was staying for a while it's far from main tourist places.
